They should add JNVOP for the ending. It's not a demanding song and it's not so random like DMDB and it would fit the ending of the show and Celine's emotions. Everybody would sing with her

Not to cut in on the discussion and be random, but…

I attended the 19/9 show, and given that this was my first Céline concert after years of dreaming of this moment, and almost coming to terms with the thought that I might never get to see her in concert, I’m still in shock.

Even after everything she’s been through and is still going through, every performance somehow seems to be her next best. Tonight was beyond words for me. I can finally say I’ve been to a Céline show, and I won’t shut up about it lol. ❤️

I don't know why they insist on putting The Prayer these days. It doesn't do well in solo version, it is a DUO song. Moreover, The Prayer has become more of a christmas song these days with its streams increasing in that period only. Rather put her other hits. Especially those that are trending these days.

I’m watching the 2002 ANDHC CBS special which remains my favorite special that she has done. When I heard HYEBIL, I couldn’t help but wonder how that would sound now with the lower notes and deeper tones, especially in the beginning of the song. It seems like a relatively easy song, and it was always one of my favorites.  Her voice was so rich and beautiful. Makes me miss those days but so grateful that we haven’t heard the last of that voice 🥲

I love that song too! In fact, I was just thinking about it this morning. This song had all the possibility of becoming a hit. Sadly..........

 I have a lot of the audio from the twitch stream but it has issues, especially during On Ne Change Pas, Destin, and The Chase. I also missed SSDA. I'll have to upload to drive sometime soon if we don't get something better. I have very little of yesterday's show.

Unpopular opinion ABM shouldn’t be as an encore ever. Honestly if it has to be an English song and not MHWGO then it should be BYLM.

In the US it was a hit in 2003 sitting at the number 2 spot on the billboard AC chart. I remember looking every week to see if it would make it to number 1, but drift away wouldn’t budge!

I've not bothered posting anything to the contrary until now. But for the last week I have been reading so many negative comments about the opening night. I really don't understand why some people on this forum have taken that view. I was there, it was an amazing night, the crowd was great, she sounded great and it was an amazing experience. One of her best shows that I've been to, and I have been to many across Europe, in Vegas and Montreal.

Just my ten cents, but unless you are actually at a show, I think it is really hard to judge what it was like from a few youtube videos.

A theory that came to me in a dream (lol), sorry if someone already mentioned it:

You know how they're currently using all dark tones (even with the street outfits it's all black/brown/grey - with the notable exception of opening night). 

What if the May shows serve as a 'second act' with light colours? After going through the darkness there comes light/rebirth.

In that concept, songs like ANDHC and BPM would fit better in the second act, while songs like Courage, Je Chanterai, The Prayer, Dansons... fit the first act (going through the darkness).
