Because her backup singer Barnev said about year ago he was told she was working on new music… she’s been seen multiple times last year going in and out of the Palms Las Vegas studio. More than likely a new French album will accompany this Paris Residency .

This looks like a decent schedule for her. Logistically I would have loved if it was a Saturday and Sunday show, guess we need to stay a bit longer in Paris.😁

Strangely, there are very few events this end of summer/fall at the Bell Center in Montreal

- August: no event after Aug 8

- Sept: only sept 2 and 4

- Oct: 1 show on Oct 3

- Nov: 1 show on Nov 28

Do you think MTL shows are a possibility? My bet would be on Oct and Nov after the Paris run.

People are saying that the arena in Paris that she’s performing is now ran by Live Nation…. Odd considering Celine was/is with AEG, could she have switched and if so, you know what else is a Live Nation Venue… The Colosseum At Caesars Palace 👀 🤔

True, since the beginning of this year. However I'm not sure if that allows only Live Nation acts. Live Nation is also promoter for Ziggodome in Amsterdam. She had shows there for her Courage tour.

Guess it works a bit different here than in the US?

I'm just so pleased for her if she's going ok to be able to come this far, what a trooper and an inspiration 

If I need daily inspiration for anything I do I have a mantra that goes 'if she can, I can' 😊 she's been through so much 

I hope her health holds up with the spike in attention and for when crunch time comes

I think she is not doing US shows due to all the crap that is happening here, but I live in the US, and sometimes I wish I was born in a country other than the US, but I've got to stay and fight for my freedom and the country's democracy and fight all this BS Trump is pushing.

I don't think it's political (she sings for her fans and not to make a political statement) but I do think she needs to successfully execute these Paris shows before anything else can be finalized. Paris is a test to see if she can actually do it ... obviously she feels confident that she can, but she also needs to show insurers, venues and promoters that she's really back 100%. Paris is the obvious place to do this since her French fans are her most forgiving. The set list may be different, her style of performance nay be different, and some dates may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If it all goes off without a hitch, I would almost certainly say that future US dates (or a new residency) are a possibility.

I don't think she has anything to prove to anyone. People would come see her no matter what, she's Celine Dion ! I just hope she'll come to Quebec.

I really wish she could do some oldies from her repertoire like she did in 2017. A B side concert like Kylie Minogue did would be awesome...but I'll guess they'll go with the classics, maybe more french setlits considering it would be Paris

I believe she would perform with a short setlist, i think the five songs written on the posters would definitely be on the setlist (EUS, TPOL, MHWGO, PQTME, SSDA). The rest might be her classics (BYLM, IACBTMN etc) and french songs. I hope she would bring back Je sais pas though and performing some of her 80s songs would be nice too! I believe the last time she performed her 80s song was in 2016 (3h20). Correct me if i’m wrong.

I really see those shows as a European residency. I wouldn’t be surprised if she heads to Montréal for a shorter set of concerts after that, before announcing a Vegas residency for next year.
