Gibert is a famous parisian shop that sells books, dvds, cds, and cultural things related. The ad says :

"And if Celine would do a showcase at Gibert ? We promise we'll do anything for it..."

and the back says :

"For you to read again. We're not the ones saying this, it's Celine !" 

It's a play on word from PQTME lyrics :  "Pour que tu lises encore" "For you to read again"

Since then, her English albums have not sold much (even if with LMBTL, she kidda have a small hit in the UK), but her French albums were strong seller, and globally her stature is of music legend now. I am wearing Céline t-shirt at the gym and people find it cool. So there is no comparison. 😅
