Ultimately, it would have been much simpler, less stressful, and fairer to let everyone register in their desired category for a week or ten days (on multiple websites to avoid crashes but gathering all applications in one single pool). Then, a random draw of the amount of available tickets could be held in each category. This would involve taking a credit card imprint and waiving the right of withdrawal, which AXS and La Défense Arena were already doing anyway.

I think, if any residency is to happen in Montreal, it will be after the release of the new French album. Most likely a summer residency (we all know how much Céline loves the Québécois summer!) in 2027. We also have to factor in the rumored residency in Tokyo/Singapore, and the rumor that, in addition to the Asian residency, there would be another one in France again next year.

Hopefully, they'll change the sale's process. I'd love to see her anywhere in Quebec.

I’m sure it was just fnac emptying out peoples carts or people trying to get tickets, but there were quite a few options up 10 min ago and now none. I’m just not ready to admit defeat yet…

Well, after all the mess these past two days, I can´t be happier I decided to book the Event Travel package on Tuesday (million thanks to the member that shared the link that day). 

I just hope they learnt something and next time they come up with a different way of doing things. I do believe proper fans subscribed to her newsletter prior to the tour announcement deserved an earlier access. It´s sad to see so many fans that love her and have been loyal to her for many years not having a proper chance and then thousand of tickets being available at much higher prices on reseller pages like Viagogo.

I completely agree with you. I haven't been able to grab nor one ticket for a single show: it all crashed, it was full of bugs, every connection outside France was rejected, and much more. I am a devoted fan for so so many years that for the first time in my life I don't feel bad or angry for not getting to have my ticket. Of course, I would be extremely happy if I had mine but things this time were done so bad and so wrong. If I have to chance to get one, I would be happy, otherwise enjoy the show. 

Her team is just the worst in choosing these kind of way of selling tickets. Sorry

I don't think it mattered what country you were in.  The truth of the matter is that the general sale was probably the least successful of all of the sales this week.  Did anyone here actually score a ticket during it?

If everything goes well in Paris, I believe she should do some residencies in Europe, like London, Madrid, and then New York, Los Angeles, Montreal; there are some rumors of shows in Asia, I hope it's true.

I understand how frustrated and disappointed you must be feeling and I'm so sorry to you and anyone who never got tickets. I never managed to get any tickets either except for via Event Travel. But I sincerely hope this never makes it back to Céline herself. I don't want anything to sour this comeback for her or put extra weight on her shoulders. I think this is purely on the ticket selling platforms and not on Céline or her team. There are only so many of these platforms at the scale of an artist like Céline and that can handle such traffic (even if in the end they couldn't really)... so it's not like Céline's team/management really had a choice. There's just not really other options. Plus contractual obligations because of the venue to use certain platforms... The prices were meant to be capped and fair, and it's the stupid platforms that used the "loophole" of "premium" tickets and other BS to try to squeeze every penny out of us. Céline and her team had nothing to do with that and I doubt that any of that extra money goes to them. It all goes into AXS' and Ticketmaster's pockets. They're the real villains here. AXS, Ticketmaster, and to a slightly lesser degree Fnac... it was all a MESS from beginning to end. AXS is even being investigated now for the dynamic pricing thing, according to Le Parisien.

I agree with you about Céline's non responsability and the fact that the extra money doesn't go into her pocket. But her team should know about the mess and pain. There's not only the dynamic prices, the whole process is to be revised to be clearer and fairer. More respectful. These platforms played with us and treated us very badly. We should never get used to such gross disrespect.

Which package did you do? I did the prestige so it’s guaranteed 3-12 row. I’m good with that! the prices for those seats due to the dynamic pricing bs were more expensive and this includes the hotel (I’m coming from the states)
