As a fan I enjoy 2026 so far with all its viral Celine videos and new followers on social media. I still believe we are getting new music later this year, probably around autumn.

I want to be as positive as you… but honestly it seems like this team always gets the train full of steam and then it never takes off. 🚊

I’m hoping she’ll show up for Kelly Clarkson concert soon, I think she returns tonight. Even JLO is now at the colosseum and with a old vibe showgirl type show that Celine would probably enjoy, we know you don’t have to have the best voice for Celine to attend your show, she’s seen Katy Perry twice 😂 

Not saying Celine would show up, but I could totally see her dancing and having the time of her life in the crowd to JLO's song "Waiting For Tonight" 😄💃

With what’s going on globally there’s more need than ever for an escape, positivity, a bit of fun especially from someone as positive and upbeat as she is… 

She/Her team even failed a nod to World SPS day… like she referenced last year.

She ain’t been seen since October, wtf is going on, is there a plan, is there no plan and she’s now semi retired, have things taken a turn for the worst?

I agree. It’s time to have a talk, it’s not about the social media content, I understand Luke’s point about that because the world is heavy right now and if she was posting a storm of funny content would be in bad taste… but it’s time to communicate with the fans, 7 months without an appearance….

A big comeback was obviously planned 24/5. The Paris games. The documentary. Then zilch. Something occurred Health wise. Now we have not seen her in months. A very worrying time. I’ve said for years. They’ll be no return. We are dreaming. Even a little mini concert from home would be doable. Nothing. A snippet of a song last year live. Why can’t people realise. It’s not happening !!

The content is very alive, or good lately and she’s still gaining at an impressive rate.

I couldn't care less about the social media aspect of Celine's career - especially considering we know she goes to a penthouse of a hotel and records for a day.

I truly am to the point of believing she doesn’t want to put out new music. She could’ve even released just a single or EP. If she was able to get in the studio and put vocals on the song “Love Again” , then we know she’s probably on a better place at least vocally now. 
 

I personally like the social media content to keep going in the right direction but I do agree with you that it irks me that they treat the filming as a chore. It’s not organic, that’s how they should be doing it, we all know Celine isn’t vain and will Do something when not totally glammed up… so what’s the reason for the glam, penthouse and professional lighting?

FUN FACT: “I don’t want to miss a thing” from Armageddon was originally offered to Celine and she turned it down. She should’ve accepted. 😂

That’s been gone but now it’s at 289 posts they are still deleting.

Carole King wrote “The Reason” originally with Aerosmith in mind. They rejected the offer. 

Diane Warren tends to offer her songs to artists directly. Especially when she has established relationships. By 1997, Celine had recorded 10 songs written by Diane. I definitely think she was offered “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” and passed on it due to MHWGO having just blown up.
