I was reading the list of best selling tours of all time the other day and it suddenly seemed very sensible to me that Celine has not come back to stage yet. I am not sure if everyone realises it, but the vast majority of highest grossing tours took place the past 5-10 years, even from veteran acts like Metallica, AC/DC, Rolling Stones, Coldplay. The industry has absolutely stepped up their game. There is now demand for longer concerts, more creative visually, and it is expected from acts to charge A LOT. Considering this context, Celine needs to feel in top shape to be able to keep up. If she is to charge the public more for a concert, she then needs to be able to deliver accordingly. Ticket prices are astronomical, stadium tours are the new craze (despite being terrible quality-wise). Some artists are even selling tickets for seats literally behind the stage, with a completely blocked view. I even mentioned this forum and told them there’s thousands of us who aren’t happy with Celine’s team and their lack of communication and respect for the fans.

Well I think they are just dealing with the informations they have been given. This is not Celine management but social media management. So they cannot provide informations regarding Celine they don't have. To me , messages (if possible) to Céline Dion official account is more relevant. But I don't think they care

They look after all aspects of an artist's career - from brand management to recording, publishing and merchandising deals as well as live appearances.

 

And since Joyce Smyth her co-manager founded Glastry its the closed thing.

 

Sony won't read and act, same goes for her official insta page.

It’s this or nothing , and we can’t keep coming here talking about a return that might never happen. 1.5 year ago Céline said she’d be back at this point it looks like another 1.5 year will go by again and we’ll see her at a concert or two with her children.

Well, either Céline has told them not to say absolutely anything, or they are trying to hide something from us, which I don’t think is about her health, because Céline looks very well. It makes me very sad. All the singers, announcing tours, music, and here, treat us like this—without knowing anything, without any guidance, not even little hints or anything. And the worst of all??? Céline has become the complete opposite of what she used to be. It seems like she no longer interacts with the audience.

 

Céline has been quite unsettled since René passed away. She got involved in legal troubles where she really wasn’t in the right. But it’s not her fault—it’s the team around her. Rumor has it that she herself hired her current team, and that Sony didn’t impose them. I don’t know who said on this forum that she didn’t hire them again because she believed they were doing things wrong.
