I think it's just the merchandise that goes through Universal.

Can't remember exactly, but a while ago The Boutique was offline for a while and it had a message or a email address thar was connected to Universal.

Some here explained how it worked because a few here got hopes she was switching labels.

Paul Mc Cartney is playing Vegas next week… so for me there is a high chance Céline might be in attendance, especially as she’s voicing a character in his new animated movie.

It's excruciating. With the build up of Je suis Céline Dion and the Olympics performance followed by that weird fashion show performance, it felt like we were leading up to something. But no. Nothing. Just photos of her and the bun at concerts. Yes, like all of you, her health is so important but please - if there's nothing coming up - just say it.

It's excruciating. With the build up of Je suis Céline Dion and the Olympics performance followed by that weird fashion show performance, it felt like we were leading up to something. But no. It's all a mystery. Maybe they were testing waters, and it didn't go as planned.

 

Celine looked very happy and totally fine in those Paris BTS videos, so it felt like it was fine there.

 

At the same time, I think she looked very tired and a bit... I don't know... "high" in Saudi Arabia (not in song performance itself, but rather on the red carpet, during group photos etc). I was wondering if it was because they had put her on high dosage of medicine.

 

And all that Eurovision mess. It still doesn't make sense - where did the Dutch media get the new snipper of PMLALS?

I think at this point we have to admit that was the plan but there has been a setback. There’s no other reality. I hate to say it truly I do.

The only other way is IF the insurance companies are refusing to cover her shows, but I think that’s unlikely.

Ya I agree something went sideways ; business wise or health…but ifs becoming blatantly clear. I tend to lean towards business related only because shes been out since then dancing and even the recent singing tribute video. So I think it’s somthing to do with contracts. Hope we see her attending Mc Cartne’s Vegas show tomorrow night as it’s been months since we last seen a sighting of her.

She flew from Vegas to Paris, Saudi Arabia and London. Her health cannot be that bad. Otherwise she wouldn’t take such long trips.

 

From what I see, it’s that she now only works for the big money and nothing else. She only goes for the big bucks. And music doesn’t give her the big bucks any more.

 

As for the Vegas shows, I think it must be a contractual issue. Hence the wait.

Yes, I'm a fan since the 90s and I love Celine, but this all about money attitude is horrible

(I really hope Celine donated the money she got for a good cause).

And there is nothing for her fans and about her music (special editions, DVDs etc ). The D'eux TV docu was an exception, because they put pressure on her.

It's sad.

What she does with her money isn’t my business but I don’t think she “needs” any more money. She could never leave home again once and her children and maybe theirs too would be set for life.

She said in interviews promoting the documentary that she will sign again. But she also said IN the documentary that fans may have to accept a different repertoire.

 

Celine is a performer. She lives for the stage. In my opinion the reason she isn’t “back” yet has to be down to vocal issues. And that is heartbreaking.

Per se but even recorded they were stellar.

 

Her performance in summer in French was lovely

 

And she sang for hoda in her Today show interview. She sounded fantastic and that was without any mic and was off the cuff
