I've been working on an idea for fake fashion magazine called Style. The concept is that Celine takes them on a tour of her storage warehouse where she keeps all her clothing, shoes, tour costumes etc that she has worn over the years and then models some of her old looks for the magazine. We saw her briefly touring the warehouse during the I Am Celine Dion documentary and I think it would be amazing to see her pull out some of her favourite looks and put on a little fashion show. This was the idea for the magazine and AI has turned into some form of "reality".

All of the clothing is owned by Celine, either worn by her in the past on TV or in music videos or were spotted in her warehouse by our resident forum fashionista's in The Celinish Closet. I have not dressed her in anything she would not wear. I know some members here are not fans of AI but this project is to showcase Celine's beauty and some of the incredible outfits she has worn over the years. Celine is the perfect model and makes clothing look amazing and if she had time to do something like this in real life for social media, it would be so much fun and probably something she would really enjoy. Maybe one day!

Big thanks to Frida, drove all night and all the fans who contributed to The Celinish Closet over the years, it was an amazing source of designers and brands.

I have tagged all of the photos as AI generated so no fans should feel tricked or deceived, please do not remove the tags as it is unfair for the fans who do not visit the forum. I think it’s actually possible, I’ve seen some AI-made Britney Spears music videos on Instagram.

Thomas, if you are planning to make more magazines in the future it would be epic to see Céline wearing her outfits from the My Heart Will Go On and Then You Look At Me music videos 😍

Sorry for scaring you! I think this can happen when the AI stuff is moved away from the topic, for instance if you saw that cover in this topic then you would expect it was AI. I remember this happened before AI was even a thing though so it is not something new, like when some of the album covers we made years ago for the "Water and a Flame" competition ended up on Facebook and a lot of fans thought it was people doing it maliciously to trick them. When really it was just a fun contest on the forum that was taken out of context.

I did also see some comments on Twitter about it just being more AI slop. Well everyone is entitled to their opinions, but for me this is the opposite of AI slop. This wasn't just fire off some pictures and upload whatever is generated with no regard for how they look. This project was started in December and it has involved weeks of scouring designers and fashions, I have a dozen folders filled with shoes, clothes, jewellery that Celine has worn. Trying to go through thousands of posts on the forum and in the gallery to find interesting combinations when I couldn't stay logged in for more than 2 minutes due to the bugs lol...make sure the poses are appropriate and something Celine would do, to respect her and show her as a beautiful woman. I've got hundreds of outtakes and different outfits that I wouldn't use, because they don't fit the brief or I didn't think it was appropriate for Celine at this age of her life, even clothes she has worn in the past can now seem a bit risqué or inappropriate for the project. They weren't things I think she would wear these days.

Then it was hours and hours doing traditional photoshop work, replacing eyes, hands, fingernails, toes because what the AI generates is the pose but it makes mistakes and things aren't coherent. It also likes to make her look young no matter what I try and do, so it was then replacing skin textures to add wrinkles etc to make her look like a mature woman. Lots of work! AI is a great tool but it's just another tool like Photoshop, how you use it makes the difference and there is a lot more to it than just type in a prompt.

So I am glad that the fans here can appreciate the concept as a whole and not just disregard it because the word AI is involved. People have been photoshopping things like this for decades now, it's just another way of doing it.

I think video clips are very possible, but I have not tried this yet. I have seen some that are very realistic.

I could look at other fashions in the future, if the project is well received by the fans. I wouldn't continue it if people felt it was disrespectful to Celine.

Those pictures look really nice, I hope one day they end up on Celine's Instagram or something. I did try upscaling them but they looked pretty bad. I might try again if I get some time.

Nice! I need to do more tests on NB2, the feedback I read said it is not as good as Pro in terms of realism, but it is much cheaper to run. Maybe I am imagining it but is the hair softer?

I enhanced the realism and carefully overlaid it with the original source to make sure every detail aligns perfectly. With NB2 and traditional manual editing techniques, we can fix and refine the image for a flawless result.

Haha, yes! I didn’t notice the image was that massive (8192 × 8192 pixels). I might tweak the pose and further refine her eyes.
In the meantime, I enhanced another image with the powerful NB2 tool. It’s not from the official photoshoot—we simply let our creativity take over and turn imagination into reality.

I think the unreleased shots from the FIY photoshoot should upscale nicely, will be worth investing the time to do them properly. Can't believe we finally get to see more from the cover shoot. It only took them 30 years!
