Great TV exposure. Staging is larger. Especially if it is a dance type song with visuals.

 

It would be odd to launch it at Kimmel and then having a month gap with the next big TV show.

 

Whereas if it is a summery type of song beginning of May may sound logical. And the schedule of the Carpool karaoke would make more sense: 2 weeks after the BBMA and 2 weeks before she finishes Vegas (ie when she is free again to do promo).

Did some digging.... there’s a registered song with this title with Swedish songwriters she’s worked with before (There Comes A Time) & Stronger for Kelly Clarkson. Doesn’t say who the performer of the track is but it’s verified on the US and Australian music publishing register as:

Could rule out the Sia link - doesn’t confirm the producer though could still be Guetta.

Still can’t find anything resembling ‘Courage’ by Moccio. Even though she’s confirmed it there’s no song registered in Canada, US, UK or Australia at the moment 🤔

I love this song much more than TC and LMBTL. It gives a similar vibe to Sorry for Love, which I LOVE so much!

 

Oh BTW, this song can perfectly replace the old LCMM or RDMH on any setlist lol.

Might be catchy, but I certainly won't be listening to this.

I agree. Her voice is young and fresh but that's the kind of "song" where you can use autotune a lot and it wouldn't sound weird.

Definitely not my kind of song. The worst side of dance music according to my tastes of course. But I'll wait to hear it in full.

This is going to be just 1/12 part of the album and with the great response ashes had we'll surely have more great ballads.

I also think that there'll be a deluxe edition and hopefully a Target Edition with bonus tracks that may not be coherent to the whole album atmosphere but that are worth listening to. Experience though me that these bonus tracks are always the best ones! (Josh Groban bonuses from Bridges, Lea Michele's bonus tracks from Places and Idina Menzel's from Idina.)

I can understand, never really wanted to see Celine doing this kind of stuff, dance/generic songs.

 

But I mean, since almost the beginning of her career she tried to introgress up tempo bubble pop songs to her repertoire. But they never really managed to have a good up tempo dance track. It was always a bit too dated, a bit too late, poor production, or too corny. I'm Alive is maybe her most successful atempt, recently. But, see, it's not very recent anymore, more mid tempo, it is not such a good song, and the impact is still quite poor.

 

It looks like she absolutly love those songs, the energy surrounding her actually fits this kind of song, other major Divas almost all had at one point a late hit dance track in their 40/50. So now, I'm ready for her to do that, it's not necessarily what I want but I feel like, OK, too many failed attempt, let's do it for once ! She really seems to want it, it really seems to fit her actual energy, so let's have this POP modern anthem song, FINALLY ! Because also at the end, she is just a pop singer and she deserve her last hit (not just commercially speaking, not sure people are interested in Guetta/Dion association, we will see).

 

So I'd be happy to finally have something really modern associated to Céline, eventually hear her again on radio (no much hope though), or just being able to have a light, dance moment, listening to a true dancy modern track by Celine Dion, which never happenned.

 

So that finally, we can pass to the REAL CHAPTER of her life, the last one ;-) when she will be done with big commercial projects, THE CHAPTER of Celine experimenting, blues, jazz, folk, in studio and on stage in an intimate way.

I wanted to say the same thing. one side loves this song to death already (me too), and one side is more classical celine, while asking for slow ballads which aren´t bad, I like them too, ashes for example . And as it was mentioned here before, I really think a ballad version of this song would be really beautiful I assume. We´ll see

I always play LMBTL, in the plane, if I want to stay awake . Not my favorite album, like DEUX/FYI, but it has it’s merits.

Was not Celine..was her team, I'm sure she was more in charge the last few tours and we saw revivals of amazing forgotten songs
