Hardly any live viewers watching? I thought average of 10k live viewers is a pretty good number for a facebook live.

 

Yeah but this is Celine Dion we’re talking about. Considering she has over 23 million fb likes. It’s a low turnout. Maybe why she doesn’t generally bother with this type of exposure.

Anyone else notice when she ended “I’m Alive” that she ened it with the original lyrics of “I’m alive” instead of “we’re alive”? :)

 

Also, was it my imagination, or was it the soundtrack version of MHWGO used in the intro video and NOT the LTAL version?

And to be fair, with the time zone thing, it's not easy to make people watch at the same time. In my place it's 5 am in Thursday, not a perfect time to watch, my friend who live in the same country but different city have to wake up at 4 am to watch it. Many of my fellow Celine fans missed the live because they couldn't wake up at that time.

 

I think it also has to do with the broadcast was having Internet problems. I know of several people that were having loading problems a few minutes before it was cut off.

 

Luckily I had a friend at the evening who began streaming soon after the official feed stopped.

 

 

She does ballet with Naomi Stikeman, not Pepe. She said so in one of the L'Oreal interviews.

 

It was also just said that Pepe influenced Céline. Pepe is only with Céline when there is a show in Vegas or some special events so no way they could have been dancing together.

 

But yeah I agree, I'm sure Pepe influenced her.

The FB live was at 6pm for most of us here on the east coast - that's way too early to be home from work and plugged in.

Not to mention middle of the work day for the West Coast at 3pm. And middle of the night in parts of Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

I really liked the event, just watched the videos.

 

BUT it is not that long ago since she sang MHWGO fully live. Give het Some credit please, she did it fully live during the entire 2016 and 2017 tour!

 

She hasnt sang the songs climax live since August 2017, thats a year and a half. Theres vocal preservation and then theres nervousness / laziness

Yes, but before that she did not sing it live for over a decade.

If I was in the audience, I wouldn't leave the room until she answered these questions: :D (hust like Gilbert LOL)

 

- What happened to the EUS video and the Eyes On Me video with the bull

- Will we ever hear the Phil Spector songs? Can you make it happen?

- Why can't you release a double album in 2019, one disc with 12 crazy summer dance numbers and the other disc with 12 awesome ballads? (or release one half in summer and the other one in fall)

- Will you give us a detailed documentary of the album recording sessions? If not, why? We wanna see it. LOL

 

 

If she answered these, my life would be complete :D

Well, she didn't sing it live in concert from 2003-2015, you're right. But that was out of sheer necessity due to her insane schedule. Nowadays I think she's self-conscious, some may disagree with that, but that's what I think.

Thats just it not only would she probably not remember half of what you are talking about but she would probably also say "no comment" or put you in your place like she did to that guy who asked about touring

Well "usually" this kind of live events have more views AFTER it happened, not everybody can watch a live feedback for several reasons, im sure more than 10K watched it after this and the numbers will be up, the same happened with her first show after Rene's passing LOTS of people watch it on Youtube or somewhere else rather than live.

SEE !! The crappy audio of a dry livestream doesn’t represent how she really sounds.

 

That “forever” was the best shes done since her vegas return in 2015. HANDS DOWN

Ill be honest, i found the part with the guy a little cringeworthy. Celine was kinda having an aretha moment talking over everyone's questions and it didn't sound like he was done talking. It didn't sound like he was trying to say never toured, but was trying to draw parallels to vegas and having not done a us tour in a long time. I found the entire exchange incredibly awkward and actually felt bad for the guy being humiliated. What if he was a fan who just misspoke out of nervousness?

 

Perhaps i need to rewatch it again to see if i feel differently.

Now, I'm curious of the 2nd leg Céline was talking about that can't be revealed..... hmmmmm what's that?

 

Now, that they mentioned the word "Reveal".. I think Reveal song from One Heart Album will fit for this new album with that new dance club song

Why didn't the woman reassure Celine when she kept saying it wasn't her best childhood picture. I felt so bad, she was cute as a teen.

Hahah and here is proof that she absolutely can't talk that much about her album, tour or projects.

Even something 'simple' as the MET is a strict secret.

 

I really like these last interviews from last night.

 

They seemed a bit more in depth.

GMA is alway so shortened and focused on the tragic.

 

And lately she annoys me in her interviews, and that's because people ask the same questions, and because she bursts out in songs ever single time.

It's okay, but I can't wait for the French one. She always way more serious and honest in those. And not singing every time haha

 

Celine is so going to the met gala this year after that interview!!!
