I do think she isn't have vocal exercises and a coach like in the golden days.

You notice the difference immediately.

 

And it's normal that it is changing, and with that she should take good care of it.

I think she does it, but it will never be the routine she had back in the day.

 

I liked the performance of Ashes, and if she is doing Billboard she better sing her new single otherwise if it will be Ashes I sincerely don't know what her team is doing.

And I love how confident she is. Really interesting to hear how much of an "ugly duckling" complex she had as a teen and young woman - but I think Rene kept telling her she can do anything and really imbued her with such innate confidence through the years. It's really such a transformation.

loool yeah, she is much more easy going and less serious these days. Compare this interview to the one from 2013 with Kimmel. It’s like she is a different person. Loved her look during the interview. HATED it during the performance Over the top again?...

 

Her look during the interview: that short dress with those boots and the bun, it's finally a combination that somehow worked for me. So beaufitul! :wub: And the make up was spot on, she looked like 10 years younger than in the GMA interview...

 

Loved her goofy, relaxed tone. She was so confident on herself, but again, she rumbles a lot and she looked on a hype to me (does she smoke something before doing these TV interviews?? She just can't stop moving and moving and moving!!!! )

 

About Ashes being the song performed. I just don't get it. A song which had its momentum almost one year ago! Thank God I lost all my expectations on her surprising us, so I did not expect any new single premiere here

But God knows Céline is mastering the art of LOSING CHANCES

 

 

I just don't *get* her team.

 

She's performing 'Ashes' everywhere now, while she should've done it last year when the movie came out.

She's promoting (kinda) her world tour and announced the new album.... why not perform a new song.... I don't care if it's not a real single, or if it's a ballad or one of the uptempo songs performed acoustically.. she should be doing something NEW to get people hyped up even more.

You missed my point, of course they are in context. What i meant is that they are veeeeery unessential and one will argue that it only wastes precious time for the interview. And i was answering to the question : “why Jimmy didn’t ask her more questions about the world tour and the album?”

I thought they will promote about the world tour and the upcoming album. She just said that she has a world tour and upcoming album that’s it. Details??????? More details????

 

They only talked about the story of how ashes made/Deadpool 2 and the twins still connects to the deadpool movie and not about the one that she will promote.

Tell the story of the album.. when did she start recording...the songwriters.. release date... story of how they put up the big prod world tour... are there dancers... how it will be different from the other tours that she had.... more detaiiillllssss.

I think that Sony will take care of the album promotion on their terms when the time is right. Right now, she was doing promo for her own world tour. It’s all just business.

She obviously can't talk about that because she doesn't know any of the answers yet, clearly, or at the very least is not yet ready to reveal them.

Album is 6 months away and tour is being put together in Montreal over the summer.

I don’t know what everyone else was watching, but I wasn’t a fan of this interview. I’m a Kimmel fan, watch his show often still didn’t like it.

 

I don’t know, for starters I didn’t like the wedding bit, that couple was awkward as all hell, they seemed a little mad when Celine walked through the door lol... didn’t seem hyped when she gave them tickets to the world tour. Plus they took away from the interview but oh well.

I know the album and tour are a bit away still, but I wish he asked a little bit more about it... like what will be different about this tour? What can we expect from the album? Even if they were asked in California sometimes Celine will answer a question differently.

She looks old at times because she has a pointy and skinny face, she’s never had work done on it, and somehow her team/ Celine don’t understand that when her hair is up in a bun it ages her more significantly. It’s time to ditch the bun indefinitely.

Nah. She looked way more gorgeous on Kimmel than in LA.

When done right, having her hair up is so perfect on her. I think it's absolutely beautiful and far preferable to a bunch of extensions.

Imo, the blonde wouldnt look as harsh and stark if she wasnt covered in so much fake tan.

 

If she maybe toned that down and gave it a rest not only would she look more natural but also tan can really age your skin sometimes and in this case i think it is

Celine always had the appearance of being older than she seems to have, but in a few years, I do not know if it was the makeup, she appeared beautiful and younger, and the truth that after Rene left, she has this appearance of more old lady, not that this is wrong, but she is still a young woman, my mother is 60 years old, she has never done any procedure and is younger.

I just think she's an artist and when she enjoys the beautiful and younger audience, it's good for her, self esteem, who does not feel that way?

 

I did not like that couple, they were strangers and they did not seem to like Celine's presence.
