Ill never understand why american fans think standing up the whole time is fun

 

If someone tells me to sit down at a concert, I will pull out my ticket, show then the price I paid and then proceed to tell them to take a seat and I’ll enjoy myself as I damn well please.

I actually have to do this at every concert that I attend. I always get some old crochety person, or (no offense intended) someone who can’t carry their own weight sitting behind me and they *CENSORED* at me for standing up, as if I sat down they would be able to see over the 30,000 other people who are standing. If you want to sit, pay the money for front row where there will be nobody in front of you to block your view.

The show I went to in 2017 in the UK, nobody sat down the entire time.

I have ZERO PATIENCE for that. It happened to me during TCWT and I was so annoyed. Like sorry you’re all boring and want to sit the whole time, I’d like to enjoy myself thanks.

We were standing throughout the concert. :blush: Out of tune singing (talking about myself of course), yelling, clapping, cheering, so so nice!

Being a Diabetic, I don't agree with or appreciate the "don't go to the bathroom" comment a few posts back. I didn't want to, but when your body FORCES you to use the bathroom more often than normal people whose pancreases still produce insulin...it's not that f***ing simple as, just go before. I hope the person who evidently has no health problems whatsoever can keep it that way cuz some of us ain't so lucky. :( :P And since I'm probably upsetting a few people, let me keep it going and say I don't get why TLB goes in the English setlist. She has often said she could never do a show without doing at least one song in French, and I love that, but why that one? Just cuz there's like, one line in English? I don't get it. I'm happy to hear she's sounded good at it, though. In the end, that's really all that matters. Any live feeds?
