Luck i guess. it was the worst presale i have ever experienced. at 10.02 this morning i had a ticket section A row 5 seat 76 and i lost my wifi connection when i was about to purchase the ticket

Yeah completely horrible!! I was on the site from 9.15 on, but I didn't know the line would start like this! When i refreshed I was 5500 something and then in the end it froze!

 

 

 

I kept hitting refresh. Several times it told me they were sold out, too, but you have to remember that people are giving up tickets too

Yes, same, but at least we now know that and we'll be prepared for the general sale ^^ (but when we refresh too many times, we can be blocked ^^ so I don't know exactly what to do. Is someone noticed at what time exactly the line began ? Maybe it was 9.50 but I'm not sure...

I got some tickets for Paris 26 and 27 but didn't buy because they were not very good, I will probably regret it the day of the general sale

I always have terrible luck with ticketsales. But this time everything kinda went smoothly for me. I only had to be in the queue for a few seconds and had to refresh to see the packages. I was terrified I'd be kicked out.

 

I got front row for June 26th and June 27th It's been a dream to get a front row and I've never experienced that.

 

I got front row in Las Vegas 2018 .. but well that got cancelled.

They released new seats through the AMEX presale and the closer I got was Row 10 center, and row 4 on the left side. The VIP's probably sell the front rows in the middle (Or at least I hope so for those buying them!)

Great for you! But I really don't get why a credit card company get better tickets in the presale than a fanclub!

I guess it was too expensive for them to deem worth spending money on, but the memberships were not cheap. And it's amazing how happy it made us receiving a membership card (even if our name was mispelled) and the few little gifts.

I suppose. It all comes down to money in the end. But yeah the gifts you got when you renewed, the holiday cards from Céline, it all had a personal touch and made you feel special as a fan. It's a real big shame that went away and it became more business than personal.

It probably depends on the region or on the company's clout in a particular region. For example in Poland, our pre-sale for fanclub members ended last night. This morning another one started, only for members of some kind of loyalty program of our largest auction site (a company similar to ebay). And I can tell you that tickets from this offer were not better than those offered in pre-sale for fans.

I decided to buy a FIRST ROW in the middle Diamond Vip package ticket for Amsterdam for the first time in my life It was SOOO expensive but I made the decision to go two times to the concert in Amsterdam and have one very good seat, instead of going four or five times (which I did in de past) for a less good place which cost also a lot of money. (and since her last tour in 2017, visiting four of five concerts, for me it felt every time less special to be there) I think now that I spend the same amount of money (if not less) because I don't need a train or a car-trip, expensive food, a hotel and days-off from work. Adverts for the two concerts in Poland are playing on the radio

i did the same in 2017 in Marseille but the packages were wayyyy cheaper (490 euros) and I got first row ticket + before and after cocktail + a delicious gastronomic meal. Was worth every penny.

I dunno, how this works, I just clicked on the best seat that was available at the moment and it turned out to be a Ruby one. There are seats in row 3 available now (it's the second pre-sale), but they're peripheral so I'm sticking with mine.
