Thanks for the support, buddy! (And others!) Yes, of course this doesn't mean that everything is 100% definite and set in stone, but rather a really good indication of what's to come. It's correct that I do work in the industry, and it's around this time that venues are booking space and dates for events for the next calendar year in advance. It's also what we were expecting and guessing at, so I wasn't too surprised. This was shared with me because they know what a fan I was. Take it or leave it, but wanted to at least share with those of you who do care about something that is being discussed. Now we wait for official confirmation! (Although I imagine they might wait until the Vegas show closes or right before to make sure people buy all those tickets up first)

Or maybe in preparation for the tour, and the end of Vegas, etc.

They've been teasing for quite a while now.... would be weird if it would be for a project that won't happen till 2020..

If there is really a worldtour planned I think Europe will the last on the list. America and Canada first. Maybe even south America? and Africa. I am okay with new Europe concerts later in the year, maybe even in December or in 2021 as long as it is not the same setlist again

I agree that this should be the case but if the tour is to support the album it makes sense to go to the places it will sell most first...

They'll probably do that (in America)... virtually every artist does now, and she'll probably do too. AEG/Sony will make sure of that.

She hasn't done a proper tour in North America since 2008-2009 and at that time bundles weren't *there* yet.

I'm very sad about people saying do 1 SDF for Paris and voilà. First of all, SDF corresponds at a very specific moment of history of Céline and it was a little sad moment even she turned in a positive moment. I highly doubt Céline will repeat on this place. Second of all, a francophone leg in Quebec and France must have to be there. Even it's reduce of 4 times on Paris and Montréal.

If being sad about a personal event makes her wary of a place then doing shows in Vegas must kill her....

 

 

SDF is an extremely legendary place and it was where Celine held her biggest stadium show ever at her peak, and IMO it would be very special for her to do a show there and would also stand as a testament to her longevity

 

 

And of course she would be doing Quebec on a world tour, wouldnt surprise me if thats where she either opens or closes the tour, either would be special

Completely disagree. Just watch any of the live 2017 french stadium shows, especially Marseille.... they were ELECTRIC

I will watch it for Marseille. I said that because for me and my memories, SDF was a little boring except the audience reactions for René, JJG appareance and SSD. The public was very quiet and polite.
