Don't you think it can be test flights?? I mean maybe it's not good for a plane not to fly during a long period of time like a car

When listening to the AND DVD on my iPod during A New Day Has Come, when she first starts to sing, and then says "For a miracle to come" I can hear two "for"'s just like the two "Any"'s. Does anyone else notice it? I have never noticed when watching the DVD, just when I play the music and it is really loud I can hear it. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I was just watching the dvd today and I didn't hear it...I'll listen again though and see if I catch it. and what do you mean Any? Is that word even in the song?

 

I meant the two "Any"'s are from the Phoenix performance of All By Myself. I don't think she is lipping ANDHC, but maybe it happened when they had put two nights of filming together?? I don't know but it has to be loud, and you have to listen close. I've never heard it on my TV, just in my iPod.

I highly doubt she's using the plane atm. It has been leased for her, maybe it's not anymore.

The testflights were done in the beginning of July, probably after some maintenance or refurbishing.

 

Actually a plane can be grounded for years, receive a maintenance and start flying again. Daily there are multiple planes (even brand new one directly from the factory) flown into the desert for storage.

 

It weren't definately testflights, but I'm not sure that it's still her plane... All the records are still indicating that the plane has still YUL (Montréal) as homebase and that the plane is still being used by Céline. The staff is still provided by Bombardier and the plane is still being owned by Vesey...

 

But indeed there are some strange flights... First Kigali, now Belize.

 

We'll have to wait and see in the future.

From reading celine books we know that Rene had to start his own record comapny to put out celines first albums. When celine an rene went to sony, what happened to the company rene made for celine? Is it still going? Did they close it? Or Did sony take over it?

Don't know which company it was but it probably still exists.

 

It's probably one of those 3 companies:

 

Productions CDA Inc.

Productions Feeling Inc.

Five Star Feeling Inc.

 

I'll think the parent company is Renlec Enterprises Inc another one of their companies

 

The companies above are still from Céline & Rene and they have also other companies.

So I just saw this and had to post because well its positive towards Celine, very last line of this article. I bolded it.

But then there’s people who can’t sing, and they’re tone deaf and they can’t hear the pitch that the song is in. That’s a different story.”

 

He goes on to say: “Britney, Janet Jackson, Aaliyah — there are a lot of people with really great tones that aren’t going to sing like Celine Dion or Whitney Houston.”

About the plane thing- if she owns it, maybe she leased it out to someone? Because it might be expensive to just keep a plane that you're not using much? Just a thought, I really have no idea. But it seems unlikely that Celine would be going to all those random places.

As far as I know from the Forbes top twenty earning women in music list Celine owns her Bombardier Jet. They said she does, so who knows maybe one of her relatives is using it or maybe they move it so people won't find it and stalk her IDK? Which I think its a total invasion of privacy that people are able to find out where her jet is, I wouldn't be comfortable if I was a celeb knowing that some random person could find my jet or plane. Could be like Jacqui said, maybe its been used by someone else at the moment.

It's actually a bit complicated

 

First: a plane isn't exactly expensive when it's not being used. It becomes expensive when you start using it.

 

Second: Céline does not own "her" jet. I'll try to explain that.

 

The actual owner of the plane is General Electric Credit Corporation that has placed this particular plane into one of their companies called Vesey Air LLC. The registration number of this plane (N-701-WH) is assigned onto a Bombardier Global Express with construction number 9010 which was build in 1999. This number N-701-WH is registered on Vesey Air LLC with his address in Danbury, CT. Vesey Air LLC however does not operated this plane...

 

And no... Céline nor her companies are operating it either...

 

Bombardier Aerospace Corporation is the actual operator of this plane.... Bombardier Aerospace, the manufacturer of the plane is operating this plane on behalf of... Céline Dion...

 

Oh, I nearly forgot something, the plane is insured by the Liberty Mutual Group and the plane is based of of CYUL/YUL, Montréal Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport.

 

 

To make is short:

 

General Electric Credit Corporation (owner) -> Vesey Air LLC (registree) -> Bombardier Aerospace Inc. (operator) -> Celine Dion (user)

 

 

In general it could be possible that Bombardier is flying the plane for other trips then Celine's...

Celine doesn't "own" a plane, she is using a plane that is not her property. See my post above which explains it all.

 

Concerning the tracking. All they need to do is file a BARR (Block Aircraft Registration Request) form and it won't be traceable anymore for anyone except flight control. A lot of celebrities are using this so their planes can be tracked. Since Céline isn't using this she obviously don't mind that her plane is being tracked. I'm pretty sure that someone (GECC, Vesey, Bombardier, FAA, NBAA and people in her own companies) have told this multiple times...

 

Tracking a plane has nothing to do with an invasion of privacy... It's about aviation... For a plane spotter it's a nice tool to find planes that he or she want's to take pictures of... For fans it's a way to see where she is...

 

Thousands of planes are being tracked at the moment. And it's not illegal to do so, actually it's a hobby like another for aviation enthousiasts.

First she's on break as we know but anyway I don't think Céline would ever appear on this show I'm sure. Those are very local acts that are ok but aren't that successful. It's nice that they are doing that but I don't think it's such a big concert. Not a big thing here anyway. If I had not read about it here I wouldn't have known about it at all so...

 

As for her plane I really don't think she is using it. I think they are still in Montréal. Incidently René is the president of a benefit that is happening in Montréal this weekend for his partner and friend's foundation the late André Delambre.

I have found a new way to enjoy Celine while I'm biking.

I ripped the audio from my Celine CD collection and downloaded them to my Blackberry.

WOW! The earphones for the Blackberry are nice and clear with good bass too.

It makes my bike rides much more enjoyable.

The only thing better would be bike riding with Celine!

I just use my iPod. I NEVER leave the house without my iPod. Whether driving, walking, biking, jogging, mowing the lawn, out with the dogs, I NEVER leave Celine behind. Driving is my favorite thing to do with her I play the music so loud I cannot even hear myself singing, and I sing LOUD!!

I just watched the video of rene-charles, when he ties the white string around celine's wrist.

And then she wore it for a number of shows and everything, so does anyone know why he put the string on her? Or like the meaning behind it or anything? if not, no worries:)
