We get a hurricane on "Hello," the first song from the imminent "25." It is not, unfortunately, a cover of Todd Rundgren's "Hello, It's Me": instead, the romantic lament builds from solitary piano chords to a gale-force chorus. It's not groundbreaking, it's not on trend, it won't inspire any parody vines. If it sounds like anything, it's the slow, borderline-silly burn of Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now." But no one's going to laugh at "Hello." Not when there's all this crying to do.

Hello is nearly 5 minutes of slowly escalating drama that begins with a whisper and mournful piano, and crests with the sort of chest-pounding finale you might expect from classic Celine Dion. It's seemingly sung from the perspective of a woman who wants to reconnect with her ex.

I think they mean silly as over the top.

 

IACBTMN in that sense is a bit silly. The video specially. Its huge, massive power ballad, very dramatic.

 

Dramatic, thats the word.

The new album by Elvis Presley is out soon. If I Can Dream - what a shame they didn't include the duet with Celine. That would have been great! Especially as the album is with the orchestra. Instead there's a duet with Michael Buble on Fever. 😕

For a second i thought it was a duet album, i had to check online. But theres only Bublé... I was gonna say: thats a big eff u to Celine. Especially with that album title.

Today The Talk did there Halloween special and they all dressed as famous celebrities. Sarah Gilbert was dressed as Celine! :-D

 

The other four girls were dressed as Sia, Beyonce, Madonna and James Brown. They all faced off in a lip sync battle and know real winner was decided. Sarah's Celine look was taken from the A New Day Show. She whore the white outfit that Celine used to wear as the show opener back in 2005 - 2007.

 

They even played a game called trick or tweet, where they had to read tweets and decide if they were real tweets or a trick. They used one of Celine's tweets in the game! :clap: The tweet was Memo, Don't forget to wear your shoes before going onstage. It was something like that anyway. I can't remember exactly what the tweet said. It was the one where she posted a pic of her shoes before the opening of the new show.

 

It was a great surprise to my afternoon anyways to see Celine in costume form on The Talk. :laugh:

I love "The Talk" so how cool that they did that. Isn't that Linda Perry's wife? <3 I also like Phil Collins, very happy he is coming out of retirement. I would like a duet between them, but I also agree with that other person's post, I am tired of duets I just need her. I would be okay if she let up a tiny bit on doing duets, but we know she loves it so I do not see that happening.
