Perhaps. I think she's had several doctors readily available. Maybe she had an east coast and west coast dr?

Yeah. She lists a bunch of doctors (like at least six, but I think even more then that) in her thank you notes in one of the Vegas programs.

It seems like she has more doctors than siblings. :giggle:

Lol. She's had loads of ENT doctors for at least 20 years. As well as doctors looking after the rest of her! I would too if I were her.

I agree, too ..the melody is the same, but the lyrics are pretty different .. .PQTME lists all the wild, desperate things the singer will do to get her lover to love her again . . it's about a love that was lost and she's trying to get it back. But in ITWIT there's really no hint in the lyrics of a lost love . .it's more like passionate devotion ("I will lay down my life/If that's what you need." It's all the things she'll do for the one she loves, not about trying to get him back.

It would be so strange to hear her sing it. You would hear the opening melody and your brain would say, 'ok, Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore, yay!' and then, BAM,

'You're the bravest of hearts, you're the strongest of souls...' Wouldn't see that coming from a mile away! Tricky girl, that Celine is! :giggle:

Do you mean the Twilight series, the Stephanie Meyer books? Like, "I'll transform into a vampire and nearly die having your half-vampire baby, if that's what it takes?" Cause that seems to go more with the PQTME mood!

 

(I think those books are soooo overrated, but that would certainly make an interesting song . . . )

twilight as in emotional dependance, and if you don't love me or accept what i want , i could kill myself :giggle: this is not the feel of the french song i think, it is passionate, but i'm not afraid for the singer life. she could have a little depression but she will come to her senses. :giggle:

I was looking for an article for someone in a different thread, and found this interview:

Her comment about the red carpet made me laugh. And how she comments about Rene's age fitting her lifestyle was nice because people always focus on the difference without realizing they compliment each other perfectly well (and isn't that everyone's ideal?)

 

The article I am looking for is from a magazine where she discusses fashion and using net-a-porter. If anyone has it, could you post the link? If not, I probably have it saved somewhere and will look tonight. Thanks!

No, it wasn't on DWTS it was a little blurb to promote it and the new line up. I know, I heard that too and kinda gasped. Wow. OMG I am sorry, but I am a twihard and love the book series. I also love this discussion. For me, when I have my Celine material on shuffle and I hear the opening melody, I do wonder if it will be Englihh or French. It would be interesting if she did it live in English, might give "casual" fans more appreciation/awareness of its original counterpart.

Still looking for the net-a-porter article. Once I find it, I will post it.

The image of her drinking coffee in the closet so that the twins cannot find her in the morning, or at least so she can get some coffee before they do was so funny!
