He was. Oh. lol. I even typed it up on google and it came up as some syndrome. I was so freaked out. It said that it was ripped muscle syndrome. I glad it wasn't a real thing and that's she's okay.

acute gluteus maximus does not bring up a ripped vocal cord. i just tried it myself. if laughter is the "wrong" reason to be here, then I'm guilty. BTW I am a professional musician who can actually appreciate Celines musical talents and appreciate the writers who compose much of her music. I find her to be a sexy woman as well. If that offends a certain somebody well....EXCUSE ME. :mellow:

You will notice that google will anticipate the word "tear". I did not say that.

Very true!! She got nominated for two Gala de L'Adisq awards... Since she's not doing shows, I wonder if she'll go. I don't mean to sing anything, because of the situation right now, but I wonder if she'll go.

There would definitely be backlash from somewhere. I would like to catch a glimpse of her somewhere though..just to know things are going well. I guess I'm selfish lol

It stinks she would have any association to this whatsoever. Although it did say she was his fave before he abandoned his old ways to take up with this awful group.

What a horrible thing to be associated with. And I don't even know what a catterwaller is. It doesn't sound positive though. Maybe he should come back to her as the things she sings/talks about can help keep people out of that life. And it would be nice if she went, but I don't think shwe will even if she wins, which, let's face it guys it's very unlikely. :( :cry: But there would definitely be comments. I am also very selfish, you guys who think you're the only ones, not even! I miss her terribly.

I'm sorry. I didn't know he was playing around. I didn't understand or notice the joke, but I now know he was talking about Celine's butt. LOL. I understand the joke now and think it's funny. At first I had know idea it was a joke and kinda freaked out the whole night, thinking Celine was going to have to get vocal cord surgery or something.

 

It was all a big misunderstanding. LOL.

At first I thought the doctor that did the biopsy on Joan Rivers was bad at her job, but now that I know she's the same doctor that works with Celine, it makes me rethink the whole situation. Even the best doctors have to mess up sometimes, maybe this was just a horrible mistake that could not have been prevented know matter who preformed on her.

 

I highly doubt that Celine wouldn't work with anyone but the best of the best. Celine has been a singer for over 30 years and knows who is great and who is bad at there job. I don't know what side to be on now because I loved Joan and wish with all my heart that this never happened to her, but they say everyone has there time and when it's up, it's up. I don't know, I'm very conflicted on this whole thing.

 

Joan obviously thought highly of this doctor to want her in the operating room and she's worked with Celine for a long time, so it looked like she's credible in her field. Celine wouldn't trust her voice to this person for so many years and refer to her in her books, interviews and albums if she wasn't great at what she does. Right?

 

I don't know. My emotions on the subject are very mixed right now, especially because I always loved and looked up to Joan Rivers and to now find out that her death is somehow connected to someone else I care for with everything I have on this earth.

 

Celine is my number 1 idol, so to find out that her doctor is somehow connected to Joans death really freaks me out. I don't know if I want Celine to keep this doctor, or to fire her?

 

I'm sorry. I should have posted this in the topic that was created specifically for this subject.

 

Did she really take selfies with her patients? That's another thing that makes me question if she's professional at her job or not, because if she really did take selfies with her patients I find that very disrespectful and unprofessional.

 

Hopefully the whole selfie story is just a rumor. It would be so creepy to think of her taking selfies of Celine without her knowledge and just the thought of her doing that to Joan makes me sick to my stomach.

 

If these rumors turn out to just be rumors, I will feel sorry for this doctor. To get her reputation destroyed like that over tabloids and one tragic mistake, in a otherwise perfect career. If the rumors turn out to be true though, I will not know what to think. I think I would want Celine to find another throat doctor if that turns out to be the case.

 

Who knows though, maybe Joan asked her to take a selfie before she went under. Were talking about Joan Rivers here. Sometimes she could be a little out there. I'm not dissing her in any way. I don't want that to come across the wrong way.

 

Joan likes to make jokes out of the craziest things, maybe she wanted a selfie of herself during surgery, to make a joke about it afterwards, thinking she would be alive and able to share the pic?

 

There will always be unanswered questions about what happened that day in the operating room. Hopefully there will be answers to what happened soon, but this new bit of information is pretty shocking to me right now and I don't know what to feel. I wonder what Celine must think of all of this?

I don't like the idea of the "selfie" rumor though, that is extremely unethical! There have been incidences were some nurses and doctor have done this and they are dealt with swiftly!

There may be some doubt in the back of Celine's mind now but who will know. If she switches docs then we know!

Isn't Celines ENT based in LA though? ...and that's why they are staying in Vegas to be close to her and Renes specialtist and wasn't it her ENT she sent Rene to to get checked out ? So maybe she has already changed doctors
