Not sure if its ever been mentioned before but, during one of her S.African sounchecks on the TTEOTW DVD, where shes singing to Rene and messing around with those black shoes, I found out that they were Jean Sebs shoes she was wearing/singing into,lol...

I'm not sure which thread I mentioned that I would be working on writing a letter of sorts indicating some misunderstandings Celine's team has with what fans want to hear from her. I've started working on this "letter" but it is still in the preliminary stages. I'm having a couple of "brain farts" about how to say what I want to say without offending or getting the "who do you think you are" kind of response. I want to offer a genuine critique, not make it a fault. I need some assistance from you all to make sure that I am not missing the mark about what fans are saying. Please feel free to PM me if you would like to see what I have so far so that you can let me know the things you would like for me to include. It is part of a project I am actually working on that is near its completion and I will be submitting for publication. Anyway, PM if you're interested. Thanks.

I use to tag Celine Houses in a amazing program "Google Earth" who has it.

So I need your exact help about it, I'm looking for 1. her first home in Charlemagne, QC Canada.

2. and her home in Lake Las Vegas. that appeard in A New Day... 2007 DVD

By the way do you if she still live in that home in Las Vegas?

I don't think it's a clever idea to tag her houses on Google Earth at the first place.

I mean, for the Charlemagne house it's ok, because it's no longer her house and as far as I know it hasn't been a house for private person ever since the Dions moved out from there.

But for the house in Las Vegas or all the other houses that she's still using... well, in my opinion it's not fair.

It's like making it easier for some weirdos out there like that intruder who broke into her Montréal house.

Just my humble opinion.

 

I have been at both of the houses you're talking about but I don't know the exact addresses.

I only know how do they look like. :) Although the Charlemagne address can be found in "For Keeps" or am I wrong? That house was totally empty when I was there in 2008. It used to be used for some kind of shop for several years. When I was there the shop moved out and I think there were some plans about converting that house into a Céline museum but I don't know what came out of that idea after all and whether they're still thinking of it.

 

The house at Lake Las Vegas is still being used by Céline. At the beginning of "Céline" show run in March she and her family lived at Caesar's Place hotel, because the house has been beeing renovated or to be more exact, they were extending it (making it bigger) to get it more suitable for the big family the Dion-Angélil family is now. :wub:

I saw a video of Celine a few days ago on TMZ. She was wearing her performance dress from The Prayer and she was arriving to her hotel in NYC. She signed autographs for fans, looking very beautiful.

Does anyone have access to that video? If so, could you please post it on youtube? I would really appreciate it. :)

I agree with you :) I love her make-up, and it's not really complicated.. I think the main thing are her fake lashes. Some light colours on the eye and nude/pink-ish lipstick. And of course, lots of face make-up, like bronzer and blush :) I think you can easily make a downtoned version of this look, by skipping the fake lashes and the heavy foundation.
