I Could be wrong, but Celine speaks alot of french during songs, also that part of the concert was in Montreal.

Celine even spoke French to us in Detroit on her TC tour because she forgot that she was with english speaking fans, she said Merci more than Thankyou and other little things like that.

I don't think she accepted the award. They acceptance speech were from the producer and writter of the song i think. Correct me if im wrong but she only performed MHWGO that night. She didn't get any award.
