Speaking of Netflix, I'm gonna allow myself to dream here but what if we don't just get a 2 hour documentary but instead an episodic documentary? (Let's pretend the Netflix rumors are true)

I saw a bts professional video on her Facebook from her 2016 tour recently so it's clear they've been filming her professionally on all the summer tours these past 3 years. I would love like a 3 part series, each part comprising of maybe 2 or 3 episodes of bts footage of Celine and her team from each year.

Or at least a 4 episode limited series, 1 ep for each tour and then the concert combining the 3 years.

They should actually do that to compensate for all those years lol

I can't stop listening to this concert!

Despite the cuts and not topping the concerts of the previous two years, I'm so thankful we finally have a new concert registration. Imo it's better than TCWT.

Yes, after long years, in between her residency in Vegas started 2011 to her last tour 2017, finally we can listen and watch to the HD video of TT, TR, TTWIS, TLYM, BATB, ABM that we waited for so long.

I just watched the Tokyo concert. It really is amazing! I read on the forum her voice was not in top shape, but if this is what 'not in top shape' is this is what I will take. She was just amazing. Makes me even want the 2016 en 2017 tour more.

If you have a TV or bluray/DVD player with USB the quality will be better a usbdrive

In my opinion too! This is 'Celine in concert' just like it was before TCWT tour and after TCWT.

So I watched this a couple of times.

 

Voice - great

Arrangements - great

Setlist - could be better

 

Sometimes it felt like nobody understood what she was saying, the response was quite awful some times.

 

And to be honest, she needs to upgrade the show element.

When you are there in person you won't notice it that much.

 

But watching it on TV, songs like TTWII and IA are so boring to watch.

 

Overall great to finally have something "official" released.

Love how she changes bits of the songs.

 

I LOVE "TPOL" and "ABM" before the pre-recorded track kicks in. makes you wonder how amazing they would sound live now!

And the medley is just heaven, can't wait when the day arrives she will do a tour like that!

yeah, they did have good intentions with the TCWT, but it was somehow bad, I don’t know why. She had dancers, but the visuals sucked, she rushed through the shows ( particularly in Munich!) These last 3 tours were awesome Edited August 28, 2018 at 03:37 PM by ryba

Because my external speaker can only be connected to the DVD Player. My TV will only play the sound through its own speaker which not as good as my external speaker.

Maybe the quality of the prerecorded track is bad. The vocal is not in good shape. So they cut it because it is too obvious for HD sound especially when you use handsfree.

Back home already The recordings which I made at the concert made this 10 hours of flight a lot easier for me

 

I read here earlier that someone did not like the performance of "The Reason", well all can always be better, but calling this one terrible is for me a big exaggeration.

During the last part of my flight I listened the most to an acoustic medley (starting from "At Seventeen").

 

And again, I do not really understand how some people have problems with recognizing this as a "fresh"...

These last 4 tours were awesome The 2013-tour was perfect!

I don't think it is, at least not the one I downloaded. The one I have is in 1280x720 aspect ratio.

Would you mind sharing the link to download the one you have?

Yeah.... I expected much worse, going with the response after the 1st Tokyo show (which was mostly negative).

Of course Céline and the show became better later on in the tour, but Tokyo was in no way bad. Her voice was good, the nerves were good, the broadcast/recording was good... This again shows that bootlegs can be so deceiving. Lessen for next time.

 

My only 'complaint' is that the editing could've been done a bit better... and usually it's the standard to not show the camera's around the stage, but in this broadcast, they were too evident (and sometimes distracting).

 

Btw, I reckon TC aren't behind the cuts, but the producers/broadcaster of the show are/is. My guess is that FIY was "too sexual" and PQTME simply because it's a French song (is her French catalogue popular in Japan?)..
