Did she cut the acoustic medley and TLYM for this show? Reading this thread, it seems like she went from ABM to Prince, or did I miss something?

 

No, she sang both songs and wore the black dress. The problem was that we didn't have a live streaming of them.

Saying she needs a break and saying she should retire are different things in my book. I agree, a break would be good for her, especially if she is still struggling with her ear (be it because it still hasn't gotten better or because she hasn't had the time to retrain her hearing or do whatever she needs to do) or if she's feeling overwhelmed with other things that we might not know about, or if she's bored with Vegas.

The way and you some others were expressing your opinions have come across apprehensive and almost like you are angry with Celine imo. I'm guessing it might have come from the disappointment of the show because it seems many were expecting something much more different than the June 8th/9th shows but I think it's necessary to come at things from different angles.

 

I've been a part of different celebrity forums and I have never seen fans that attack each other or express themselves so negatively about their fave singer/actor. I'm not trying to single you out, I just happen to be responding to your comment, but a lot of what I read here borders more on the line of hate than of criticism.

 

I agree. It's sad that fans here have resorted to ad hominems. It's heartbreaking to see comments that disrespect not Celine's musical choices but Celine as a person. This forum needs some serious moderating. The negativity is just disheartening for other fans who choose to enjoy and love Celine as she is, her flaws and all. If I were a new fan who just recently discovered Celine, I would be frustrated, scared of how my opinions will be treated here. I would just keep my views to myself.

She sounded millions time better than Tokyo. I am seeing her in Taipei soon and just like the 2017 tour she got better with every performance.Some of her riffs and head voice were out of this world!

I LOVE the new arrangement of TLYM so so so much. I have always loved TLYM but it very much needed a refresh and I love it!

 

I also love the new arrangement for At Seventeen... it was such a snooze fest when it was in Vegas before. I really enjoy it now! #scottpriceforpresident

She did that last year too (and actually maybe for the 2016 tour as well... towards the end if I remember right?) Either way, yes, it is super cool that she has included his photography in the tour! She's so unpretentious and down-to-earth

3 days and she went from 55% to 85% its insane. In Tokyo most of the sustained belts would break slightly and she had pitchyness but tonight was MILES better
