Not just a fan base love but someone she can share her life with and intimate feelings with and share her secrets with. A person needs that I think to be balanced. Just my views. :) :heart:

Yeah. It was obvious she was going to mention the original BATB , and therefore would mention René. Natural and obvious.

I haven't been able to scroll through all the interviews but there is an interview with ET that she says that her boys love Spidey (Spiderman). Has that interview been aired?

it is sure that a night like this did bring back memories, doing the same thing for the second time, one time youwere a beginner with a manager who did his best to make her drems come true, and the second , she is alone to take the decision to sing or not that new song.... When she say that she felt like she was cheating on the first movie, i felt that it was an important decidion for her, to continue her career, it made it really clear. Yeah she felt as if she were cheating on René. Imagine how she feels about dating someone new

She doesn't need to marry again to have a balance in life or to make her happy. I have always imagined that Rene was the be all and end all in that respect for her. There is no way she could possibly ever have as close a relationship with anyone else. Just think of the experiences they shared and the journey they had been on together. I guess he truly understood her because he had been through all of it with her and that was a lot of what made them so inseparable.

 

She has plenty of other very healthy relationships in her life, with the boys, with her mum and she clearly has a very close relationships with several of her siblings especially Linda and Michel. She'll be fine.

 

Understandably she is still grieving heavily at the moment, she has lost so much in loosing Rene.

I think it makes sense to first promote the new version of the duet:

- it is already well known - so in one hand they play on the memories

- and on the other hand they take benefit on the fact it is sung by current successful acts

 

But when the movie is released they may send Celine's song as well to the radio as then people will have discovered that this is actually the theme of the movie (sung by Maurice, Belle and Céline). If the movie is successful it may help.

Of course she doesn't need to marry again to be happy. I do think there is a different intimacy that you share with a partner though and I was just saying I hope she finds that again if she wishes. There are plenty of widows who never remarry.
