I hope Celine did the same thing as last year : sit down with Scott and listen her english albums. If so, i have a feeling that maybe she will sing Miles to go (before i sleep). We all know she already said it would be a good song on stage and she likes to sing in the low ;)

Do we have more information on when Celine sat down and listened to her albums with Scott?

 

I've always wondered if she listens to her past work. I would LOVE to just sit down with Celine and go track-by-track and listen to her talk about each English and French song she's ever recorded. :wub:

I often think this as I love the song but unfortunately she said that 20 years ago and it's never made it on to stage

I wasn't commenting that I'd be upset for that reason, so I'm not sure where you're getting that idea from.

 

I have paid a lot of money for my ticket for Manchester (£525) plus the flights from Holland, two nights hotel in Manchester & then my train back to Glasgow, but at the end of the day it was my decision to make the trips. Nobody forced me to. I did it because I love Celine & I want to see her as much as I can. I feel like you think I should somehow apologise for feeling bad if one show gets cancelled!!

 

I realise I am very fortunate to be seeing her so many times (9 in total this tour) .. & was in no way making out like I'm hard done by if the Manchester show doesn't go ahead!!

 

What happened in Manchester was horrific so I would be completely understanding of the fact it may get cancelled.

Sorry for my post then and i hope she does come to Manchester, since you spend so much money on the event plus hotel and flight.

Maybe she will change location but if she does they have to announce that asap!

The news of all concerts until after 11th being cacncelled has been on their website since the bombing pretty much. The latest update was yesterday and it's the same info as previous up to the 11th the events are cancelled. Xx

Thanks for telling me about that app. Good prices on there, have set up an alert for Glasgow

 

I got my Ed Sheeran tickets on there about 2 weeks before the show. It's such a great app!

 

I suspect the asshats who have bought tickets to resell at inflated prices may end up putting them on Twickets when they don't sell for 4 times what they were in the first place

I've been listening to LMBTL these days, and I would love to see Celine performing 'Unfinished songs', it's a positive and catchy song. I like it!

Guys, has anyone ever went to an event , like a concert to enjoy themselves , after an awful event took place there? I just feel like ill feel so sad, scared and disturbed in Manchester Arena after what happened , Even though Ill also be happy to see Celine , but im just looking for advice/ feelings from anyone who went to a venue post an awful event happening in that building, sorry for being so morbid and negative..... :(

Takeachance I'm not being horrible at all but you keep repeating yourself a lot in various topics regarding this and a lot of us have replied to you what we personally think about this.

 

We completely understand that you are nervous and worried like a lot of people are attending these type of events after what recently happened, its normal.

 

These type of shows/concerts have continued to go on around the globe since Manchester and security has been tightened at venues, but look what happened last weekend here on city streets at the same time...

 

You have to ask yourself, if these things happened in your own city how would you act.... carry on but be vigilant and live your life... or let these people win and live in complete fear and not leave your house?!?

 

That choice is completely yours, it's your life and only you can decide.

 

Update: I just read that many arena's are now only allowing very very small bags ( small ladies purse size ) into the arena's which is good to see.

 

Right enough time wasting talking about this... 13 days to go!!!! :)

According to a promoter, Celine's June 25th show at Manchester Arena is still on, but in the case that it is canceled, they have set Tuesday, August 8th as the reschedule date. I'm sure official info would be made available soon if this is the case.

That means René never really liked the idea of performing unknowned songs. He really preferred the HITS.

 

So there is a chance she will do the same for the english tour!

They treat RDMH as if it was a hit, it wasn't even a huge hit for Tina Turner let alone Celine.
