Should’ve been over 6 years ago.

 

I’m not against Vegas as a whole, but this current show is super “tired” and has become stagnant. It’s been that way for a few years now, time to end, looking forward to the next chapter music wise!

 

If she ever goes back to Vegas again for another residency I HOPE she better bring another show that is considered a once in a lifetime show in the way “A New Day...” was otherwise there’s no point.

This show has definitely seen it's time for now. I actually do hope she comes back to Vegas someday with an updated fabulous show. I know many of you don't wish this, but I actually like the huge entertainment that "can" happen in a venue like this :)

It seems that every day she is playing with the music, doing different things, or she may be bored, change the Celine song or do not sing her anymore in the end.

 

One thing is that I perceive her more tired, not by the age but yes it must be by casua of the physical training routines that she is having.

 

i do not like the adlibs she does before the last refrain of mhwgo. Sometimes she makes the weirdest sounds..like here at 4.15 like a parrot..aah ooh oh

it sounds really weird. I like how it used to be, with a flutesolo, maybe a little humming along..

I agree. At the beginning when she started them they were dramatic and cool, but now she does weird inappropriate sounds...

It's almost as if she's singing a whole different song. Embarrasing :wacko:

 

Yeah I agree... you don’t mess too much with a classic, especially if it belongs to another legend.

 

Although she’s free to do it during LCMM, as this replacing the banshee screams & screeching might actually improve the song!

Let’s be real here anytime Celine reverts to adding adlibs in a song it gets old quick! It starts off nice and polished and then it gets too much,

Even that weird thing she does now right before the climax of MHWGO, is too much and isn’t vocally stunning. Same thing with the adlibs to RDMH, LCMM and even PQTME now is beginning to get over the top; at first the subtle changes were really nice to PQTME but now it’s too much .

 

The only adlibs that work are for IACBTMN and ABM, those are stunning .

 

When she adds so many adlibs to a song it only means one thing: the magic is gone and she's starting to get bored with that song :down: And CHFIL should have been removed from the setlist months ago before getting to this embarrassing "version" she's doing of it: it's almost like singing another completely different song.

 

I came to the conclusion she takes the chance of doing this extreme adlibs with this final bonus song just to prove she's clearly singing live with it, but no Celine, we don't need to get to this and change the song to the point of making it unrecognisable :wacko: :wacko: :wacko:

I never got to see AND. I did purchase the DVD. The behind the scenes is always my favorite part! But....I wish I had seen her show in the beginning. Her costumes were fantastic, the show energetic and songs were sung that I have never heard from her. It was a fantastic time. (All but the suspension flying....) I wish there was a full video of that earlier time!!

Well they did film it as we all know but Celine hated it so it got scrapped.

Still pretty sick so that's why I'm not doing live updates. I'll try and update a little later but media is usually slow so bare with me.

 

I did a fast check and literally no photos or vids from what I can find thus far.
