Mariah will return to The Colosseum July 5 with a new show titled "The Butterfly Returns." It will be announced today.

The dates are:

July 5, 7, 8, 10, 14, 15

August 31

September: 1, 2, 5, 9, 10

 

I hope she'll include some rarer material into her new residency such as "Almost Home" and "The Roof."

and I hope she will sing her 90's songs again like "Whenever You Call", "Forever", "When I Saw You"... I love the 90's Mariah.. Ballads.

OK since people are talking about what they want MC to sing at her shows, then we are seriously Céline deprived.

Pepe already confirmed that the surgery went well but... why céline's team won't give us any news yet about her surgery?

He only said she's doing fine and that she will sing again, crossing his finger it will be soon so that's a very open answer

 

How fine? mentally? physically?

Singing again? and he's only hoping it will be soon.

 

So IMO it's just an open answer. I'd probably give the same answer if my friend had been sick "yeah she's doing fine.. yeah she will work again soon"..

My opinion as well. Pepe's response was a glimmer of hope, but that's about it. Honestly I won't feel at ease until I actually see her back on stage.

Also depends on how much Pepe actually knows, how often he’s in touch with her while she’s been off.

They can’t Really give a update sooner.. only after 4 weeks of her surgery so i guess we Will know soon...

Urgg i wish they would give us news, trying to plan a trip to vegas just for her.

 

I might end up just buy a one way ticket ticket to vegas... i don’t want to get stuck there the 21st 22nd and 23rd for no purpose...

Why her albums are not complete? Where’s the other albums like Unison, A L’Olympia, Falling Into You, Let’s Talk About Love, All The Way...A Decade Of Songs, A New Day Has Come, One Heart, On Ne Change Pas, Taking Chances, D’elles, Sans Attendre, etc. I think it should be complete... since it’s a céline dion store

I bought one in November, can't exactly remember but I think either $85 or $95.

HDAMLF and Recovering are relatively new songs so they wont be cut. TT is now a staple of the show and she does enjoy performing it. I feel Ashes is best as a replacement as an opener for the show rather than i Surrender or as a closer after MHWGO

I was thinking that they could put it at the end of the show too.... I don’t know that it is “big” enough to be the opener. I think it would need to be re-orchestrated to support the curtain drop.

It is big enough imo. Once again the curtain drop doesnt need to be there. Honestly its not been a big thing or recieved applauding at all since her 2015 return lol. It was cute in 2011, but its 2018. Id much rather just complete darkness and then a bang and all the lights come on at once. It could also work as an ender, id love if she did MHWGO. Then just as they think its over, they play a orchestral peice with the movie scenes in the back and then Celine comes out in the MV dress with a dancer in the suit...... or if she was really looking to shock she could come out with the deadpool outfit on
