I am providing info regarding the Vegas show dates for Spring 2018. I'm using a spoiler incase anyone doesn't want to view it, because I will not disclose my source.

24 dates for the Spring from March 27 through June 9, 2018 will finally be announced early next week and will go on-sale to the general public Sunday, November 12. They were supposed to be announced during the last run, but were delayed due to "logistical reasons." The dates are listed at www.thecelinecafe.com/las-vegas-show

 

I'm sharing this if anyone is planning a trip and wants to know when she's performing in advance of the announcement.

I don't think any of her Spring dates will work with my calendar. Hoping for something exciting this Summer and already looking forward to Fall 2018 Vegas dates. LOL

True, in fairness as much as she might try and enjoy the day it might also be quite difficult for her. Maybe she just wants to carry on as normal.

Rod Stewart is returning to The Colosseum again later in June, so Céline's Summer break starts after her June 9th show.

 

She usually has a little break April/May. I'm guessing she'll perform till late April, then has 2 weeks off and will then perform until June 9th.

Hopefully followed by another (Asian?) mini-tour...

 

A bday release is still possible.... do promo in Europe early-mid March. Then around the album release, record/do some US promo (and record a TV special at The Colosseum). Promote in the small break and do a new album tour in the Summer.

 

But then again, the album will probably come out in November 2018....lol

Why do you post this? It is generally known that she had vocal problems last year following the summer tour. I don't see the point, really.

I was there during the September leg of 2016 and she sounded fine! I'm sick of people always pointing out her faults. No offense to anyone but you can't compare an audio recording to actually being there in person. They're two different things.

I removed them because a few Facebook pages saw them and shared them as if the official announcement was made. I shouldn't have put them up this early in the first place, it was irresponsible on my part. If you want to see the dates, I'll PM them you. But they will be announced this coming week. I would love the show to have a loose structure that celebrates various aspects of her amazing career and looks to the future.

-the early days

-the soundtrack hits

-the French hits

-her personal favourite b sides

-her fave covers

-new material

-acoustic

-I’d love her to do a medley of the title tracks to her albums TCOML, FIY, LTAL, ANDHC...

and have her introduce her songs, talk about some unknown parts of her career or how certain songs came about.

 

A nice way to honour the past, solidify the legend and show that the best is still to come!

So excited for Tuesday! I'll be there for the first show back. Fingers crossed for a few changes, and I wish I could figure out that darn meet & greet situation, but I'll be a happy camper regardless.

 

Loved seeing that studio picture of Celine! She looks fabulous. There's some exciting things coming our way. I can FEEL IT.
