I'd be surprised if she had left Montreal already. She needs to be with family. Getting back to a routine can wait.

I hope she stayed/stays in Montreal for a few days. It's nice for her to be in her home province with her family, a completely opposite environment than Vegas. (don't get me wrong, I love Vegas!!)

I hope so too around lots and lots of Dions.Vegas has to be painful now since it was Rene's favorite place and it's where they probably had the most happy times of their lives there with RC since " A new day.." And then with the twins with "Celine"

I think it doesn't matter where she goes. There are lot's of memories of Rene everywhere. Yes, Vegas would have alot of recent memories, but there would also be so many memories of Rene in Montreal. That is where she met him and started her career with him. I'm sure she would have many more memories in Montreal, or atleast just as much as Vegas.

Whether she's in Montreal or Vegas, it would be just as hard. In Montreal she would be thinking of all the many many memories her and Rene shared. How there love story started and all they accomplished in her career. Plus the memories of there wedding, RC's baptism and then the sadness of Rene's memorial and funeral.

Celine has been by Rene's side since she was 12 years old, so it would be very hard for her to find a place where she wouldn't have memories of Rene. They traveled the world together many times over, so sadly know matter where she goes she is going to have some kind of memory of Rene.

It's going to be very hard for her to escape the sadness of her grief, because there isn't really a safe haven getaway spot where she can go to clear her head without a memory of Rene attached to it. Everywhere she's been, Rene's been as well.

I think the only thing that is truly going to get her through this difficult time are her children,the support of her family and her fans.

So Claudette showed up on a Quebecois talk show earlier this week. Spoke about Daniel's last days & the events of the last few weeks in general, among other things.

I think that Claudette must have her reasons for speaking publicly and being the voice of the family when it comes to speaking to the media. I try not to judge her for speaking out anymore. Maybe she does these things to help Celine. Maybe she feels that if she speaks about things on Celine's behalf, that Celine wouldn't have to worry about saying something to the media and have extra pressure on her shoulders.

Did Claudette mention anything about how Celine and the family are doing and how they are coping with the loss of Rene and Celine's brother? I am curious to know if she talked about Celine rehearing for her return to the stage and Celine's feelings about coming back.

she said that Celine was with them the morning, early the day of her brother service....they were together.

Claudette is doing promotion for the Adhémar palliative house, for the maman Dion foundation too. And for a show she is doing at the Montreal casino. the family is doing great things, she is sproke person for the Adhemar house, it cost a lot to maintain.

I think Claudette is a celebrity in Quebec herself, so I think it is normal for her to talk to the media. Just like how celine would talk about her family in front of the media as well.

with the years, we have seen tht she is a person with a great heart, she does the talking for the family ...she doesn't create scandals. She knows that she was at the program because wanted her to talk about Celine a bit. But she talked about the foundations at the same time, she does her job, and she has no illusions.
