Gags sounds divine!

Not a particular fan of a lot of her music, but I have huge respect for Gaga. True original, true talent, true artist.

It's an ode to Frank as he always wore a tux while performing.

I didn't expect anything less for the guys! I get its suppose to be classy, but a little color from the ladies would have been nice! Especially watching someone trying to sing a genre that isn't their forte! I think everyone sang the best they could but some were just painful imo.

I love the new gaga, she doesn't need the meat dresses and all of the other nonsense, she's a true talent

The end of the performance is very emotional !

When she appers in a room, we feel the respect of the audience/

(BTW she needs to cut her hairs)

I loved it! She kept it soft and sweet. Only thing that worries me is her belts... AMA's for France and the ending of this sounded hoarse. Maybe her voice is aging and she need to adjust her technique accordingly? I honestly don't know what to think. Edited by Javier_Natalio

It may be tough for us to admit, but she IS 47 and has been singing for over 30 years, her voice IS going to change, but considering how long she has been singing, and how often she is singing now, I'd say she sounds better now, than even some performances 10 years ago. She still sounds strong and solid, we've heard worse from her for sure. I do hope that she doesn't over-do it and cause her voice to decline

Every time she has a bad performance it's always the end of the world. "Her voice is gone, it's changed forever". Never mind the fact that she was belting effortlessly at the last Vegas premiere.

Last november when she was doing US promo for LMBTL, she sounded atrocious and strained, first on Ellen, then Jimmy Kimmel, even though she had lowered the key of LMBTL for those performances. Everyone on here was like "her voice is changed forever". Then when she started the French promo they released a clip of her effortlessly belting LMBTL in the bathroom in the ORIGINAL KEY and people were in awe again.

People are so melodramatic about her voice. She's a human, not a robot.

So true, and let's not forget that while she is doing all of this, and keeping a brave face, she's also thinking about her husband who is declining, so there's a lot more emotion that is felt when she sings, and when you start to get emotional your voice cracks. I remember those performances, and she definitely out did them in future performances. I can't wait til Thursday!

she put so much emotions in those performances, maybe it is harder to have a perfect control because of that, but All the way was on pitch, ans it was great. I love her even more.

Every time she has a bad performance or note it's always the end of the world. "Her voice is gone, it's changed forever". Never mind the fact that she was belting effortlessly at the last Vegas premiere.

In november 2013 when she was doing US promo for LMBTL, she sounded weak and strained, first on Ellen, then Jimmy Kimmel, even though she had lowered the key of LMBTL for those performances. Everyone on here was like "her voice is changed forever". Then when she started the French promo they released a clip of her effortlessly belting LMBTL in the bathroom in the ORIGINAL KEY and people were in awe again.

Sure, it's just that sometimes I think her technique is more muscles than brains, if it makes any sense. I'm the happiest when I hear her sing in head voice than when she uses chest, because I think head voice is the right choice for the long haul, while chest is a young woman's game mostly.

Beautiful performance! She looked and sounded wonderful. It's so nice that the general public is seeing Celine again... And embracing her! :-D

I see nothing wrong. She was absolutely perfect!! Those runs, those notes, the emotion, her tone, those belts, her dress. Omg. That last note was Crystal, sustained and gritty like her belts from 93-96. I absolutely love when she incorporates grit or rasp into her sustained belts. It's AMAZING.

Harry Connick Jr. Is there tho lol

I was nice seeing a standing ovation from John Legend and his wife Krissy Teagan. And right behind them Adam Levine and Katharine McPhee and also Harry Connick Jr, and Arnold Swhartzanegger were all showed during the standing ovation. All hail queen Celine! I'm just glad Mariah wasn't in the audience because she'd probably be the only one sitting lol

You can also see Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf in that standing ovation shot at the end.

Andre is a big Celine fan, right? Wasn't it he who introduced Barbra Streisand to Celine's music?

Thank you so much.

I love her live performance nowadays.

At the age of almost 50 along with exhausting schedules, her voice is still incredibly in control. And now it's not just her "power' or "technique" like before, but it's "emotion" that she delivers more.

Another good thing in this era is that she dares to come out of her comfort zone. Before, we saw her usually sang exactly the same patterns in the same songs with repetitive techniques. At present, we tend to see more of her own styles, feelings and improvisations that move the audience. I'm glad that she's not afraid to do it. People in the world know that a human being cannot sings perfectly all the time and they get moved not by "perfection" but "emotion" that a singer delivers.

This "All the Way" performance is just beautiful. Technically, it's obviously better than L'hymne à l'amour at the AMAs. More importantly, she sang with emotion and I'm proud that she sang it differently from her studio version. :)

That was just lovely. I love her face when she said "...until he met me...". There are few people I like more than Céline- mum and dad and my sister, I suppose...

Loved the arrangement of the song!

Anyone knows if that was Scott his work? I think I saw him but not sure...

She made it her own, and after all these years I like this song again.

She should sing this in her show, with this arrangement.

Leave that crappy hologram, she doesn't need that!

It was the original arrangement that Frank used. All of the singers were performing to the original arrangements :-)

That was a brilliant performance! :wub2: It was sooo heartfelt! Poor Céline at the end! Hardly keeping it together! Maybe that's also the reason why it's cut from the show at the moment :( Big  to Céline for pulling this off!

Having said that... I can't wait for the Bublé Christmas special now, cos after these two heavy performances, it's time to see some JOY!!!!
