Just got back from the concert.

This was a night I will never forget. First time seeing Celine live. I finally experienced this magic that everyone talks about.

I couldn't hold back my tears when she appeared on the stage, so for three minutes I was crying like a baby. I couldn't believe I was actually there, only some meters away from Celine. But after that I enjoyed the show big time.

 

The setlist was a dream come true. When I heard the first notes of Tous Les Blues Sont écrits Pour Toi I just went wild. However, I noticed that not many people were familiar with this song.

So many suprises in the setlist, I couldn't believe it. Purple rain was a highlight for me. Also, no costume changes..I mean wow. So focused in music and emotions this time.

 

Celine sounded great in my opinion. I loved the fact that her voice was a bit softer than usual. I did notice also some nasality in the beginning but really...who cares? She was out of this world.

The crowd, oh my god. They were so on fire. We showed so much love to Celine and she got sort of emotional at times. I also loved the fact that she let us sing some lines at like 4-5 songs maybe. I don't think she does that very often.

 

A really cool moment was when we were leaving the arena by train, all the people in our wagon singing Celine songs! Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore, My Heart Will Go On, S'il Suffisait D'aimer, Sous le vent...

I was like, OK I want to live in this beautiful city that everyone loves Celine.

I also loved that so many young people were in the concert.

 

Can't wait to seeing her live again on Tuesday. This time I will also record some videos.

* but if you think about old tours like taking chances, it is almost 100% live!

Wow you're good. I didn't notice these were playbacks! You have a good hear. But yes compared to TC tour or even AND show, it's nothing !

I wish someone would just film the screens!! If done with the correct camera it can be almost like a dvd. I know some fans did it with Britney and Janet on their tours. But everytime I find a vid with the screens filmed they move away from the screens and try to film Celine regularly. Just a heads up for anyone going at upcoming shows. You know would be nice to have something close to a dvd incase an official one isn't released. Wish we could do the same with Vegas but don't think they have screens there. Look how happy she is here taking pictures! Sometimes she loves it and sometimes you can tell she gets a bit annoyed but still does it lol. but here she defiantly loves grabbing the phones / cameras and taking the pictures herself. And she's more talkative to the fans today as well.

it sounds very similar but i'm not ready to call the ordinaire ending lipped yet. she has never lipped french songs in an actual concert tour, i doubt she'd start now.

 

every once in awhile certain songs tend to sound very consistent. examples that i thought were at one time maybe lipped and were in fact not are IACBTMN on the FIY tour, or RDMH in vegas 2007 show....she was consistently nailing it and it sounded the way it should. tends to be with songs being performed for the first time or first time in awhile. I think if anything a case like that is what is occurring.

Not to mention I think she looks convincingly like she is singing that ending much more than she does the show must go on ending.
