I'm sure there will be at some point. Whether or not they release any official remixes, not sure. FOMO at least lent itself to that style/beat-wise.

I hope not. It's such a dull and forgettable song. Would be a waste of valuable airtime IMHO.

 

Actually it's one of the few songs that she could nail on stage right now, due to her vocal conditions recently

No something like “A Song For You”, is dull and boring and totally forgettable.

“Imperfections”, has a beat, has a message that probably resonates with A LOT of people, and has the radio friendliness quality that she hasn’t had in a song in awhile.

for the car, it is the best of the three. In my home , i prefer Lying down..

These new songs have completely destroyed my focus - they are all so good. I'm completely obsessed. It's a little after 1:30pm here where I live. I've officially gone 8 hours without listening to any of the songs today. Detox day! MUST focus on getting work done. LOL Lord help me find the strength! :giggle:

I'm seeing people arguing on which is the better song or their favorites and I'm sitting here feeling lucky because I LOVE all 3.

 

Courage gives me the feels I was not expecting with the album, it's got beautiful instrumental and vocals. "And it's not easy, when you're not with me. This world of madness goes faster now" my favorite part.

 

Lying Down also has powerful emotions but they are different than Courage, it's the "screw you you're not tearing me down" type of feeling. It's big and dramatic and I absolutely love it. Some comments on YouTube say it'd be great as a movie soundtrack and I agree.

 

Imperfections, like someone else said, is chill. It's got a message but you kind of don't pay attention to it too deeply because you're just having fun with the beat. At first I was waiting for the big notes from Celine (she's the best in the industry and the one you expect it from the most) but after a few listens I actually don't miss the big or long held notes with this song. And I don't agree that it isn't a stage song.

We don't have to choose a favorite!

We can love all three.

I think they all have something unique to offer and I feel very grateful to have such wonderful music after so long.

These songs are a wonderful follow-up to ASHES.

She said in that BBC interview that she's not keen on making videos because she has to sing the song so many times she's tired of it by the time the video's done... but she doesn't have to be singing on camera. She can be her own Maddie Ziegler.

I was surprised to hear that from her too, it's contradictory because she wants to be an actress, if she doesn't like it then can we blame her for not having any more music videos ??

“Ashes” and “You’re the Voice” wouldn’t surprise me either but I really don’t think HDAMLF or Recovering will be on the album. Also, “Imagine” won’t be there. It was only sung as a last-minute replacement for “Over the Rainbow” as Josh had already performed that song.

I wouldn’t mind YTV as a bonus on the deluxe. She sings it very well, and although it’s an older song; the message is very current.
