I would like to see the ultimate love song written for Rene by Celine in either French or English. I am not picky about language any new album would be great!

But does she have to offload her cheesey crap onto Celine? I like "Unfinished Songs" because I like all kinds of crap. But it's not a great song.

I like the lyrics, and the composition. I thought the remix they used for the album was rather fresh. I also like schmaltz and inspirational types of songs though.

Agreed. You should hear my version of it! I'm just totally untalented.

100% agree. First time I heard it when it leaked online, I fell in love with the song, played it about 100+ times in a day. :wub:

Oh god. I want nothing stated so far. New, fresh, authentic ideas, and writers, and concept. You fired your band might as well find someone cheap and young and take advantage of their talent in the studio!

David Foster (speaking of which, have they lost touch? I know she performed for one of his concert things a while back but I haven't heard of anything since)

Walter Afanasieff because Immortality is one of my favorites and so is Tell Him

Sia again! Loved Me Back To Life is a gem and I'm bummed we never got a music video but considering the stuggles Celine and the family have been going through lately, it's okay.

Linda Perry! I love My Love because Linda brought out that raw emotion from Celine so I want Linda to write her another song that brings out that raw emotion

I also want some collaborations!

I remember once Celine mentioned she wants to collaborate with Arcade Fire and it's everything I never knew I wanted.

In my dreams she's collaborated with Mariah, and even though they're both very different, distinct artists, someone should take the challenge of making them something great. I'm slightly surprised no one's attempted tbh (that I know of).

For some reason I've always wanted her to collab with Coldplay??? I don't know why ??? (Flop choice, I know)

I agree. No more covers. If one is offered to her well she better turn it down because it is not happening. I would like to see a collab with her and Mariah. But that is like the equivalent of saying Peter Cetera returning back to Chicago.....it ain't happening. One can dream tho.

A modern producer, and songwriter that will bring her fresh energy.

I want her to work with Sia.

Is it a crime to say no David Foster. I like David but I feel like his time has past. Same with Diane Warren.

What about working Kara Dioguardi? Celine was great with her material.

I hope the rumors of a new album coming are just rumors... It would be the worst for her to do a big promo tour across Europe and North America right now, with René being as ill as he is.

BUT in case that there's a new record coming... I'd love to see this:

· A colorful cover (I'm quite tired of the black/white era)

· Another stunning photo shoot as epic as the Alix Malka one from 2012

· Producers / Writers: David Foster (PLEASE), Eg White, Diane Warren, Jim Steinman (producer of epic Celine Dion songs like It's All Coming Back To Me Now, Is Nothing Sacred and Call The Man) and, please, Sia again. This way she'd have her classic songwriters and producers (David Foster, Diane Warren & Jim Steinman), new old-school guys (Eg White) and current nº1 songwriter (Sia), who'd probably deliver another powerhouse song like Loved Me Back To Life.

· Something that would probably be there as it's been there in all her albums: diversity. (All her albums have had power ballads combined with uptempo songs, so no problem at all for me)

· Music videos: She has to come up with something big. Even though she's never been famous for having pieces of art as music videos (we can't expect something that Beyoncé or Lady Gaga would do), but c'mon... The public is tired of seeing her singing the song and not being part of the story told during the video. She definitely has to become a character again, something she hasn't done since Taking Chances in 2007.

· Last but not least: a smart promotional campaign. A better use of her Twitter, Facebook and, why not, Vine accounts would make a huge difference. This is how most of singers promote their projects nowadays (even her contemporaries Madonna or Mariah Carey).

The old-school promo is good (bunch of appearances on TV shows and an association with a radio station to play the record), but a good use of her social media would give her even better results in therms of sales.

As a conclusion, I'd like to add that I'm a bit disappointed by the way her team has been working during the past few years: They put her at the top during the 90's, having spectacular promotion and marketing plans, so I can't understand why on Earth they don't take more advantage of their social media (website, Facebook, Twitter, Vine...). We talking about the major female vocalist of the 90's, for God's shake.

I'd love Celine to work with Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson, and Michael Buble. There's someone else I'm trying to think of but their name alludes me. I'm getting old! Lol

Producers/writers etc. Definitely jjg, Linda Perry,Walter,David Foster, Eg White. Who's the guy who worked on to album,he was playing piano while Celine was singing a capella? I'm so forgetful today 😊

I really hope that was a joke... I don't want to see or hear that song anymore... The album should be about big power (rock)ballads, piano ballads, uptempo songs without cheesy lyrics. I suggest she has to also work with Sia and Ryan Tedder ( one republic - composed Beyonce's Helo). Every song should be a potential hit - a potential Power of love or my heart will go on ( which is quite difficult though). When a song sounds like an albumfiller - leave it out. Albumfillers never stand out, like I've got nothing left.

And let the album be cohesive. That is also extremely important. And please, no covers anymore. Original new compositions that is what Celine needs.

And maybe it is not a bad idea to make an album with the orchestra and record beautiful songs in the style of skyfall, bond-like songs. No covers, but songs that are original but use full amount of the orchestra and Celine's powerful vocals.

I would love to have a French album first, so I'll post those wishes first

I would like her to work with David Gategno :wub2: He did some amazing songs for D'Elles and SA!

Of course JJ would be a dream... but I am sure he could never top D'Eux or SISDA, so maybe it's best to keep that in the past. I like Jacques Veneruso too... but there needs to be a second producer along, cos his songs are always lacking something; I loved what Mego did for PAMP during the tour for example!

Hmmm I don't really know the producers nor the writers apart from the obvious ones but what I want is ANDHC-ish like album: diverse, fresh, full of energy, up-tempo with a positive message. A cheerful one please!

I hope for more frequent releases. I wish she would schedule in recording time each month and just pump out tons of material.

I want:
-Another JJG album (this seems to be the next logical move in her French career and it'd be fantastic for Rene to see this)
-Another Christmas album (this would be an easy way to win back some American fans)
-New David Foster-produced songs
-Sia-produced songs
-A jazz album!!! (This could be Celine's ticket to winning critical praise and some awards again!)

I'm totally in with those ideas!
