People are funny and understandable.

 

Just 2 weeks ago, her management was buried 16ft underground for letting go 4 musicians for the sake of " a new fresh air".

 

She's back and they still complain because she looks like before, just like in her 1st come back interview she would look like Miley?

 

Quite contradictory.

 

If some people didn't believe statement " we didn't renew their contract"...I guess they shouldn't believe they did it to "revamp" her. That sounds normal.

 

For once, TC is right on time ...when did they post a teaser ( even a writing one) with a never seen picture? To my knownledge , never.

 

People never change and her sudden retirement out of nowhere didn't seem to affect anybody's perception about useless subjects. Céline is back and all people can say is talking about her hair. So whatever.

 

Gosh, just like 2 days ago, we didn't even know if she would be back again...

 

When it comes to me, she could have come back with her old teeth , I wouldn't have given a ....

 

She's back and that's all that matters. I really don't care to know what's she's gonna sing , I never plan to go over there... but knowing she will be singing again makes me happy.

Revamped does'nt mean a brand new show... Simply little changes in different areas of the same show: costumes, songs, visuals, staging, and obviously the musician changes.

I don't kno if that was for me but I should clear up what I meant. As long as the show doesn't really resemble the one I saw in 2011 then I'm good. Obviously it's not gonna be a new show all together but maybe I was hoping revamping it in a way that it doesn't seem the same (ie totally new setlist even if it does include much of the same songs we've heard for the past few tours/shows) Then again I'm not sure if that would qualify under the term revamp or if it would mostly fall under something that would occur if it was a whole new show.

I've been listening to this one and the Millenium one, for the past few days, and I can't help think what a great idea this medley (or something like it) would be good in Vegas! They could do PQTME and this! I could so see her just taking a stool up to (assuming still same stage) the band risers, and just singing. Could be a magical part of the show!

Just heard, from an unimpeachable source, that the revamped show will be called 'Céline Deux' and will feature a mixture of Céline's English AND French hits. There will be no musicians as all music will be HD playback. Céline will be accompanied on every song by her hologram.

 

During the show, the LCD screen will project a picture of every person in attendance that night with photographs available for purchase after the show.

 

As the show will run 150 minutes, there will be an intermission of 30 minutes halfway into the program. At this time, René will be available at a poker table in the lobby for anyone who wishes to play. There will be a $193,000 buy in for each individual in the game.

 

Also during intermission, everyone will be offered the opportunity to purchase a weekend in the Florida or Montreal house for $193,000. This does not include food, beverages, transportation, linens, towels, René, Céline, René Charles, Nelson, or Eddy. However, Oprah will be included for Saturday night dinner. The menu will be purple fried green tomatoes.

 

After each show, for (you guessed it) $193,000, patrons will be able to shake Céline's hologram's hand and have their picture taken with another random patron.

Not to sound harsh but am I the only one who hopes the orchestra is next to go? I think it doesn't bring any excitement to the show. I think a beautiful choir could be awesome and bring new life into classics like, Love Can Move Mountains, The Power of the Dream, Call the Man etc as well as give a perfect opportunity for songs like Thankful and even Unfished Songs to shine.

 

I think the orchestra is a great thing. It's very classy and not many artists have a full time orchestra.
