Um, People reported on her break, and I don't tnink she would lie on national TV... Plus the Incredible video was on GMA. I think I'm going to have to agree to disagree.

I am excited and I don't mean to rain on any one's parade but...

Where is the official announcement? Nothing on Célines website, Caesars website, celineinvegas.com, no press release, no mentions from Team Céline? No dates? Just People and ABC? As I understand it, all anyone one has seen is one tweet? Not even a single word from Robin Leach?

And the 'revamped' Céline looks exactly like the 'old' Céline? Who are the replacement musicians? I know that was never covered in the past but, given it's current news, I would have thought that would be mentioned.

Me thinks this is very good news about the return but also a very poor stab at a little damage control. I know there will be more news when all this supposedly comes out but I would have thought management would have wanted a full bore, rock your socks off, fireworks exploding, crowd cheering press conference for the very first announcement of the return of the Queen of Vegas. Instead we get a single clap?

As I said, I am excited and hopeful but I don't consider People and ABC official. Wasn't that what many of you were waiting for? Just saying...

Nothing much more official than an interview with Celine. So, I will count her interview as an official announcement. I would imagine her page will be updated as the interviews roll out, and tickets go on sale. But, I understand if you want a press release on her website. I imagine that will follow soon.

Also, Robin Leach did tweet about it.

I doubt anyone covers the replacement band in the US, because they never really covered her original band. Like I have said, the band thing will be more an issue for long time fans. Most people will not know what happened, forget how. I doubt she discusses it. She might. But I doubt it.

I think she looks great. Wish I looked like that, and I am like half her age. She wears a wig. I imagine she does her hair as she likes it. People can discuss what they like. But, I really don't get the focus on her hair.

Glad to see Rene was there! He looks good. I hope more than anything else we get positive news about him.

I got the news while I was at work. I was bouncing in my chair, lol. My boss was like OMG what did you take? I said, Celine is back in August, she goes OMG lol, just go home and deal with your feelings, happy Friday. I could have hugged her because there was no working after reading this.

Gee, never said Céline was lying...at anytime. Just that I was expecting more when the return happened. And, yes, her leave was reported but no one seemed to know anything official, as I recall. Yet Robin Leach got burned far worse than any other 'birdie' when he reported things. And still, nothing 'official'? Has anyone heard Céline say she's back? Semantics yes, but I read here, over and over, that we only believe when it's official, n'est pas?

As far as you disagreeing? No problemo, everyone is entitled to, if they want. But how does playing a music video equate to a Vegas return?

The Colosseum can also be seen on the TV on the left-hand side of the image in that article. I think that pretty much confirms everything. I doubt they'd have a photo of it up on a TV if she wasn't going to be announcing her return.

Before an unnecessary war of words starts...

I believe she is back, I always knew she'd be back, and I will do cartwheels when I hear her say she's back. And I will be at the first show.

I was, tongue in cheek, having fun with some who never believed Robin Leach and constantly said only when an 'official' announcement was made would they believe.

I think she'll announce a date as part of the interview. If not I would fully expect an official announcement from her team after it airs Wednesday. Or even Thursday morning. This is all just conjecture but if they don't say anything before the interview that's how I think it will go down.

Hopefully part of the announcement will be announcing a pre-sale and on sale dates for tickets too. I'm definitely planning on trying to go!

1. The guy who said about waiting after March 22nd was right on schedule. Crazy how right he was. Can't believe it! But it does kinda make sense!

She'll definitely reveal and in depth description within the interview on things you want to know. This is only an announcement to tune in for the actual thing.

Super excited btw!!!!!!! I'm definitely going to that revamped show. She looks splendid and so does Rene.

Whoa! Not sure if I've ever seen Rene in jeans before. Glad to see him doing better.
