I finally got the see the whole thing! Very touching and a great performance of the song!!

 

I have to agree though with people as a FAN I would have loved to have heard Celine sing more of the song...

IMO the choirs could have been part of background and sing WITH Celine than just sing WITHOUT Celine... but that my opinion.

 

I think Celine is doing a great deal for this wonderful cause. And I hope that the hospital will receive lots of money to help the childern :flowers:

At first I thought, ok, chior, nice but this has really grown on me and I adore it :in_love:

 

Me too! I can't stop watching it! I love what the choir brings to it -- as Celine said, the beauty of all those voices together -- also love how Celine is touched by the children's singing.

It was really nice to see her with those young children. It's always nice to see Celine around kids. Her kindhearted sweet self really shines through in times when she's around children.

 

Celine shines onstage, but she also shines when she's around kids. That's when Celine is truly in her element, apart from singing. I really think Celine would have made an amazing kindergarden teacher.

It's funny - I've often thought the same thing. Celine says that if she weren't a singer, she would have been a model, but I've never been able to really see that. I always thought that -- if she were to have had a "normal" career - it would have been as a preschool or kindergarten teacher.

Any kid that she had in her classroom would be the happiest luckiest kids ever to hear her sing all the time. I can just see it now, They would be all together hanging off her every word, sitting on the floor all singing along. It would be like Julie Andrews in The Sound Of Music. LOL.

 

It's funny because many people can't even find one thing that they are good at and they have a hard time choosing what career to go into, but Celine has an endless amount of options. The woman is so talented, it blows my mind.

She said she'd be a "pop tart" or something like that in one interview - I assumed she was joking. I'm pretty sure she's said a few times that if she couldn't have been a singer she'd have been a model. But she's also said many times that she was born to sing/perform.

My memory is going on the blink so anything is possible. :sofunny: I can't remember anything about modeling though. Yes she has said many times about being born to sing.

There is only one time that I can recall that Celine ever mentioned wanting to be a model, but I think she was making a joke.

 

It was when she was filming one of her French music videos and she was trying to see out of this mirror on the wall that was really high up. Celine wasn't tall enough to see out of it even with her heels on, so she joked that she always wanted to be a model. LOL.
