I guess someone has spoken or linked about this interview but I don't see it... well Here is one of that quick answer interviews:

http://www.express.c...-it-Celine-Dion

But I want to get a point at the moment when she says that she goes to her husband room:

"The Price is Right. I love game shows. I don’t watch TV much but when I want to spend some time with my husband, I go in his room, get in his bed with a little coffee and hold hands with him while we watch."

That sounds weird... they don't sleep together??, I can understand at the Rene's age couple.. but Celine is still young... Sometimes I think that Celine voice is wonderful and magic because she is Like a Virgin... :naughty:

I know of many couples who decided to sleep in separate bedrooms, for many different reasons. That doesn't mean they don't have intimacy.

The fact is that a bad review represents one person's opinion. Nothing more.

Here is review from musicserver.cz it´s very sad they give her only 3/10 because they always give her very good reviews ... I don ´t understand why they didn´like this new album so much ...

"One year after the french album " Sans Attendre " Céline Dion released english album " Loved Me Back To Life " , with which she returned after six long years. However, unlike its predecessor, this can not entitle English album of return ... a bit hilarious .

During years Céline Dion has been , like Jim Hacker in " Yes, Minister " with two faces. In her case, the French and the English . During the singer's career, between these two faces there were various distances . Now, after the release of the album " Loved Me Back To Live " from each other , unfortunately, pulled back in a way that over to boggles the mind . After the enthusiasm that she gave us with last year's " Sans Attendre " is English album novelty hit the ground hard . Perhaps all , what people do not like about this singer and so were some clichés , there all appears fairly concentrated on this album. Whether it's kitsch , thoughtless targeting current trends or perhaps even absurd imitation of another singers. It begins with an introduction, and the title song from the first bar, where she tries to play on Rihanna. The problem is that she is pretty damn far from expressive singer from Barbados. A r'n'b in a similar spirit continues on. As if she did not realize that she is neither black nor someone young who can play on black music . Her roots are entirely in other styles, so these attempts to artificially sounds corny and Céline Dion does not fit much more than her dance attempts in the past. It is similar with latino rhythms and the kind of sleek bossa nova , which attempts to " At Seventeen " , and even that does not sound too naturally. Guests did not help either . Ne- Yo in the song " Incredible " that much smacks of Michael Jackson, is the first . Their styles are totally misses . One could say that legend like Stevie Wonder, nothing can spoil , but " Overjoyed " proves otherwise . Wonder´s hit of 1985 has unfortunately not been modified to fit into the concept of the album , and especially that it not given rise to the singer herself , seeming she was there by chance . It is quite obvious that the entire board is aimed primarily at America, and the question is whether it 's the ocean eats . I'm afraid not, she's the effort is incredibly convulsive

When you find a good song by the way as the " Water And A Flame " gets the #ss shattering performances, which will put it somewhere in the urban music of the turn of the millennium. In a " Save Your Soul " , where Céline Dion trying to capture current trends - whether in phrasing and rhythm - acting downright ridiculous. You can then get rid of the impression that the rescue should firstly soul of this board, as it is the main attribute that greatly miss her . Fortunately, not everything is quite tragic. First, it is still Céline Dion. It's still a great singer with a great voice, although this fact you spoiled for each of the songs you have to constantly remind . Those of successful is really a couple. One of them is the dramatic " Breakaway " or, if you put away a dreadful Corps , and optimistic " Thank You" . Great concern is the penultimate "Always Be Your Girl" , where Walter Afanasieff finally understood that less is sometimes more . It was just a piano, let Céline Dion sing and timely connected and soft background music orchestra. This trio at the last minute joined by escalating the song " Unfinished Songs" , which was written by Diane Warren . If someone has trimmed the unnecessary effects, was one of the best on the board. Buried dog is evidently in colleagues , which selects Céline Dion . Her french composers and authors are probably also friends of her or at least people who know her better.. For those who make her English recordings , one has the feeling that it is more about people forming a kind of product , absolutely thoughtless and emotionless. So I can not help thinking that leave people like David Foster, Humberto Gatica , Vito Luprano or Rick Nowels was Céline´s the big mistake. I must admit that after listening to " Loved Me Back To Life " I had a strange feeling of emptiness , as if this board did not give me anything. I tried listen to it several times, playing on various occasions , give her some peace and then return to it , and , unfortunately, said the feeling still persists . It even went so far that I had to re- listen to " Sans Attendre " to make sure that not deceive me before hearing. No, everything is fine. French album is still full of life , lightness , poetry , grace , inner strength and soul. So all that ' Loved Me Back To Life " so lacking . It remains only too wanted glitz and Céline Dion as night and day. That day she chose a year ago and now fits into the night, very dark night."

I agree with several points in this article. Talking about 'black music' and how Celine can't pull this off is the point where he missed me. There is no such thing, just a stereotype. Edited by LukeD

"I'm not crazy about musicals, to be honest with you," Dion explained.

You just lost some points with me, Miss Dion.

Dion Gets in Touch with New Album

Celine Dion was on a Studio City, Calif., soundstage last week, rehearsing for her performance on a holiday TV special. Ne-Yo had joined the French Canadian singer to run through “Incredible,” a duet from Dion’s new album, but almost as soon as she’d tilted her head back to unleash a flurry of octave-scaling notes, an abashed expression flashed across her face.

“I was too early,” she told Ne-Yo. Then she laughed, aware perhaps that no one else in the room had noticed. “Hey, even when we’re bad, we’re good,” she said.

Few Dion fans could’ve imagined such an easygoing attitude back when the singer was chewing through the competition with “My Heart Will Go On,” the bombastic love theme from James Cameron’s “Titanic.” The song won Grammy Awards for record and song of the year and drove Dion’s 1997 album “Let’s Talk About Love” to sales of more than 10 million copies in the United States alone.

But the more relaxed vibe is in keeping with Dion’s latest, “Loved Me Back to Life.” Released last month, when it entered Billboard’s album chart at No. 2, the disc has a relatively low-key sound distinct from her trademark power balladry; there are hushed acoustic guitars, restrained rhythm-section grooves and tasty renditions of Stevie Wonder’s “Overjoyed” (with Wonder on guest vocals) and “At Seventeen” by Janis Ian.

Several cuts even show off a sensual R&B quality we’ve never really gotten from Dion, as in the slow-burning “Didn’t Know Love” and “Water and a Flame,” for which she recruited the British writer-producer Francis “Eg” White, who’s also worked with Adele and Florence and the Machine. (Other au courant collaborators on the album include Sia, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Tricky Stewart.)

“It was harder for me — much harder — to make it less perfect,” said Dion, 45, in a trailer parked outside the studio before the rehearsal. Dressed in a white sweater and ripped white jeans, with a camel-colored coat draped over her shoulders, she was sipping a cup of tea as she went over the script for “A Home for the Holidays,” which aired Wednesday night on CBS.
