Release the song to iTunes one week, then release the song to radio another week (even though the song was sent to radio before it was available on iTunes as per my source and confirmed here by another member with instructions to play on/after 9/3/13). Then Jimmy Kimmel on a Friday night when there are no viewers. I said before Friday nights are the lowest rated for late night shows and big stars avoid appearing that night. Then there's 9/9/13 when Celine is scheduled for The Today show, Access Hollywood, Extra and Larry King Now. You risk the chance of not reaching as maximum people this way as opposed to spreading out appearances on different days. At least there's Ellen on 9/11/13. I read posts where people said this promo schedule is best for LMBTL. But from a business stand point where you want to maximize the amount of reaching people this is not the best schedule.
