Good news! The more promo the better and this will be to another audience to kimmel and Ellen so it's great news!

 

I have to say I think lorry king interviews are great! He does ask celine different questions and puts celine out of her comfort zone which in my opinion are worthy questions

The "isn't Larry King dead/old/retired" jokes are the same kinds of jokes people make about Celine…….. Keep that in mind.

 

Rene and Celine have tremendous respect for Larry and, while he was dominating interviews in the 1990s, he helped Celine claim the status she's at today. It's a respectful thing for Celine to get interviewed by him again. I personally love how Celine respects him and he always asks her to sing and praises her artistry. He's such an admirer of her -- and he's willing to ask her to do certain things others aren't. Even after the Katrina breakdown, he asked her to sing!!! Who would do that???

 

On the flip side, this is the first glimpse that her team might stick to the old format of promotion -- which was mainly Larry, Oprah, etc. And things have gotta change! Bring on more Jimmy, Ellen, etc. etc. Mix it up and introduce Celine to a new audience! (While not alienating her current fan base….) Not an easy thing to do!
