Billboard counts them all - Official audio, Lyric Video, Music Video, Streaming sites (Spotify, Pandora etc) but only the views from within the US, so it won't matter if international fans watch it multiple times. Now, they hardly ever play it, they've always supported Celine in the past but this time they are turning cold. It's like she's blacklisted at radio to make way for all these others like Sara Burelis, Katy Perry, etc. I thought they would be playing her at least every 2 hours but nothing.
