Celine to appear on the Katie Couric Show

Oh, really, I had no idea! That, to me, makes translating so difficult! It's cute when she says, "What's that!"

 

Yeah, it is, bless her. But I have to admit I'm surprised she doesn't have a better command of the English language. Of course, it isn't her mother tongue, but she's been speaking English for years now. Not that I'm compkaining. I fibd her adorable when she's speaking in English.

The Celine spain fan page posted on twitter saying that it would come out in May which I find totally ridiculous lol! I looked at the tv guide on ABC or whatever channel Katie's show broadcasts on.. and Celine's episode hasn't appeared yet. So apparently it relaly will be in may :L

it seemed to me that she had an accent, but i'm not the best to judge....It surprised me since that she is from Ontario, but maybe it's me who can't discern , someone will confirm if i,m wrong or right...

it's Veronic , but you can be fed up all all you want mysel, i find that she is like Celine's pet, chien de poche in french. But i think that she has talent...

She would have an accent because even if she grew up in an English province she would have grown up in an French community speaking French most of the time. Same thing with most of my family. They have accents when they speak English as we grew up speaking French despite being surrounded by English communities. Hope this makes sense.

i was assuming that people, even the french were speaking a perfect english without accent, but what you say make sense...French people live in community for the most part outside Québec.

Del is right. From what I understood from Véronic throughout interviews and stuff is that she grew up in a small village near the Québec border and she only recently learnt english. She went to school in French, she lived in French and her learning English is recent.
