I have thats pretty cool! Love to see Celine in the making of

they can take advantage of the titanic 3d if they promote the songs, not only one, but 3\4 as the same time

 

the best think she can do with MHWGO is singing the song and playing herself piano alone over the song

I have a feeling that they are jumping on this wagon by releasing the English album in April that co-incides with the movie release on my birthday btw, lol.

Shes free to do a little promo tour of the U.S/Europe also that month, so this could be very good promo indeed, to get her profile back out there again.

 

Only hope this album that they have learned from previous single release mistakes ( please god! ) and release something that atleast makes the single chart top 20 and has a great video like TC... ( listen to the fans for once cos no offence but Sony/Rene's single choices have been terrible in the recent past. )

 

But I have to say if shes doing promo in London, plz don't stick to the safe pptions ''only'' this time... do ''This Morning'' and ''Loose Women'' fine, but also show ppl the other side of Celine by doing ''Alan Carr'' or ''Paul O Grady'' were its a bit more fun, unexpected and where better questions are asked!

Guys please try to be a little bit more realistic, Celine won't re-record My Heart Will Go On just because the movie comes back to cinemas in 3D.

 

Precisely. Besides, Cameron already said NOTHING is changing.

 

I must admit I'm more excited to hear sissel's amazing vocals in the theater!! It would be a dream to hear a new version or a new live performance of the overture!!!

or maybe some reshooting of Celine on an Iceberg? kidding... no I don't think they will relaunch the song again. I think a lot of people are actually hating the song since it got a lot airplay and people grew tired of it. Here in Holland , I think it reached number 1 for 12 weeks or something?

And the song is so well known by so many people. So there is nothing new.

And to be honest, a lot of people have already seen Titanic on tv, on vhs or on dvd, I really hope James Cameron's next remastered 3d version is not gonna sink! But I definately want to see it!

 

I can remember the first time I saw the videoclip on tv after seeing the movie... I was sold.. I had to have this song! and here is where my Celine obsession started!

I already had Deux and the Colour of my love... but I was blown away by My heart will go on.

But I don't think they will relaunch it, just don't.. but I definately want it in HD and the whole movie on bluray later on! ( extra extended edition)

God, im a Celine fan since im 9 yrs old (no joke lol; thanks to my parents though ), and found out yesterday that there were 2 official versions of that song!

 

Always assumed that the soundtrack and LTAL were the same!!

But then again, im not a fan of that song either... There are many many much better songs than this imo...

yes it has already been posted, but it is indeed a nice trailer. The warningbell rings and rings on in the song. Though I hope if there is gonna come a rerelease of the song, the bell will not be included! it works well for the drama in the trailer I think.

EFE / MADRID El tenor español Plácido Domingo reinterpreta el tema central de "Titanic", "My heart will go on", junto a la canadiense Celine Dion, para las nuevas ediciones que se publicarán de la banda sonora de la película de James Cameron con motivo de su lanzamiento en 3D, el próximo 4 de abril.

 

Sony Classical publicará el 25 de marzo dos nuevas ediciones de la banda sonora original (BSO) de la película: "Titanic Anniversary Edition" y "Titanic Collector's Anniversary Edition".

 

La primera, que incluye un libreto de 12 páginas a todo color, además de cuatro pegatinas "vintage" para pegar en las maletas, se compone de un CD con la BSO remasterizada, y de otro, inédito, con música grabada por I Salonisti, la orquesta que tocaba en la película, además del dúo de Dion con Domingo.

 

La "Titanic Collector's Anniversary Edition" son 4 CD, además del libreto y las pegatinas. El primero de los discos es la BSO remasterizada; el segundo la banda sonora "Back To Titanic" remasterizada; el tercero "I Salonisti" con el dúo Domingo-Dion, y el cuarto música popular de la época del "Titanic".

 

La banda sonora del filme ha vendido desde su lanzamiento en 1997 más de 26 millones de ejemplares en todo el mundo, "Back To Titanic" otros tres millones y la canción "My Heart Will Go On", más de seis millones.

 

La nueva edición de la película, producida en coincidencia con el centenario del hundimiento del buque, se estrenará en Londres el próximo 4 de abril.

Not quite sure why Celine or Sony would want to put out a new version of Celine's most well known song. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I quite like the idea of this as a duet. It could work very well. Better than releasing a hip hop version, that doesn't even include Ceine like Disney would do

The biggest Titanic museum/exhibition in the world opens a few days before this in Belfast just feet from where it was built, and there are rumours that big names will be there to so... fingers crossed
