We don't know about that yet (is Nature Boy a movie song apart from Moulin Rouge??), but the ambience of the strings in this version match perfectly with what they told they want to do... This song and I Knew I Loved You are very similar musically... Javito, sorry I was so excited to hear this song last week that I never said how greatfull I am to you for putting the work in to get it released to us (pity he only sent it in 160kbs, but the sound is still amazing) And I can't wait now to hear what other tricks you have up your sleeve for the future. Sounds promising! Nature Boy was originally the theme from the cult hit Dean Stockwell movie: The Boy With Green Hair (1948), it was sung by a choir. I believe 1948 was also the year that Nat King Cole released his version of the song, which became a huge hit. So it is definitley a movie song, even before it was recorded by Bowie for Moulin Rouge (another amazing version) Having heard Celine's Orchestral version, I would love to hear it in the new show (and I wouldn't have said that last week) The orchestra sounds so beautiful and it gives such a lushness to the song, the simple version did work well for the end of ANDHC, but I prefer this version. And the strings sound is perfectly polished Jorge did a grea job in his own. But its a shame Sony didn't care enough to release this in the 2008 collectors edition, that was the occassion!
