I'm not being funny, but I keep noticing that the people who keep talking about how this part of the event should remain free all seem to have one thing in common....

Hey guys, I wasnt trying to offend anyone here, so I'm sorry if you are. But yes I did notice that it was all Italian members who had been expressing a similar opinion. I mentioned it because it just struck me. I do not think that it is any pre-conceived plot. It is just a bizarre co-incidence, that's all. If you look back over my posts I hope people can see that I was only trying to say what I believe was best for the forum and the meetings. Hope this brings that part of it to a close. We're all friends, it's all good. :flowers:

If you're reading so many Italians commenting it could only mean that we are very active on this board and that we do really care and want to participate to its activities. Italy will have the highest numbers of participants to the meeting. We'll be a 20 person group. Italian fans replied just because it was asked to do that, what's wrong with that? I would be more worried for the fact that many members didn't even bother to reply and voice their opinion.

I just wanted to let everybody know that me and my partner won't be attending the pre-meeting or dinner, but we look forward to meeting everybody before the show outside The Colosseum, inside the theatre and outside afterwards. Let the fun begin!

This is Arturo from Monterrey, Mexico... I'd love to meet fans from all over the world but the thing is I'm travelling with my dad so am afraid I won't be available to participate in every activity you have in mind like I expected (I mean, I could but I guess leaving my dad alone in Vegas for days could result in some serious consequences haha). Anyway, I would like to have the chance to have lunch with the group so I ask if I can still have a seat with you and how much would it be, etc.

I'd like to have it on record that it is not just some Italian fans who were put off by the idea of having to pay for registration for the fan meeting. I am very glad to hear that it will be FREE as originally advertised.

I am so disappointed to see some people pointing fingers and trying to speculate that it was just one group of people feeling negative about putting more money out. The organisers have worked very hard and deserve our gratitude, but they have a responsibility to be professional and accountable. If certain things do not fit into the budget, then just take them out. We appreciate such big efforts, but the same time we don't need all kinds of gifts and glitz. I think most people are just happy to have an opportunity to come together as Celine fans in a pleasant environment and have a nice meal.

Let's treat each other with more respect and have something to truly look forward to! :wub:

That is a great idea, I'll arrive the 15th at 10am so it'll be cool to know where to go after leaving my luggage in the hotel. Or at least a phone number so we can call and ask where r things happening... :-D

Tonight in 2 weeks, I'll arrive in Las Vegas. I cannot tell you how much I look forward to it.

I've been to Las Vegas twice. I Love that place. Not because of Céline. I don't gamble at all, still that place is a happy place for me.

Since 2003/2004 I've had MANY dreams about Las Vegas and they are usually always a happy dreams. I can't believe that my dream is going to come true now
