He sure doesn't look his age)He says that when he writes that's all he thinks about... and it's very time consuming.He has no project for the near future and if he takes on a project he says it would take him many years and by that time he would be 65-70 years old. And he's not sure if he will have the energy/drive to do that...So it's not just about Celine. It's about his own projects and any collaboration with other artists. Quote

Not only his collaboration with Céline - I own almost all his solo albums and they are all simply stunning!!! And than he was collaborating with many other artists through all these years, for example he wrote some amazing songs for Patricia Kaas.... Just go listen to "Je voudrais la connaitre" or one of my ultimate faves, "Il me dit que je suis belle". JJG is one hell of a genius and I still can't believe he wants to quit... Especially that he's still in perfect age and shape!! See Leonard Cohen and than tell me that there's an age limit for a songwritter... The song that is "very current" as Celine said and the "story of a man called to war..." is actually Luc Plamondon's song called RIEN QUE TOI (roughly translated: Nothing but you OR Only you).
