Oh, and is it just me or is the lady a bit confusing to listen to? I keep hearing "two CDs with 19 tracks" and the bonus disc.. I thought it was 1 CD and 1 DVD (+ the bonus disc). Or is it just me that doesn't think CD and DVD is the same thing?

 

QVC had their facts completely wrong!!

 

-Firstly, she said The Concert package was '2 CDs with 19 tracks' and a 'bonus DVD with snippets from the concert'. WRONG - it's actually a DVD with the full concert, and a 19 track live CD. :rolleyes:

 

-Then they said the exclusive QVC bonus CD with TTEOTW contained '5 songs that she had never sung before, and she went into the studio to record them'!! What a load of rubbish!! The CD actually contains the 5 live tracks they cut from the main CD. :rolleyes:

 

All just to make a sale. :glare:

Hahaha. Yeah. Im sorry but I didnt pay attention to the sales pitch. I basically listened to Celine and tuned out the rest, haha.

So, I just caved and bought TTEOTW with the Bonus CD.

 

EDIT: Scratch That. I'll order it over the summer when I have more money and I'll give the TTEOTW as a gift to someone.

1) it was on tv/on the website!!!

2) the Man and the woman are talking!!!

3) the songs are not the full song!!!

 

It's not like I've asked them to rip the songs from the official cd!!!!!!

I didn't know it was bad to ask for a song who is not a full song which was on the website and with two presentators talking along !

It's like I was not going to buy her effing DVD!!!!!!!!!

ABM and IA are identical to the versions we've already heard so I think they will definately be the same in the English/French versions. :thumbsup2:

 

How can you say that when nobody has even heard the versions for the English or French yet? All we've heard is the clip in TTEOTW and the promo video which has clips of various events that took place in the tour...

 

The ABM clip they showed wasn't what will be on the Boston DVD, nor was it from Montreal DVD. It was simply a promo clip which had vocals from ???? ....

 

But we can't make the assumption that the DVDs will be the same just because they used a promo clip which they've been using for months now...

Right :hmm: but what about official movie trailer and previews of " Celine Through The Eyes Of The World" or official footages from concerts , or short clips from "Larry King live", then all official videos like "All By Myself", "The Power Of Love", "I'm Alive"...... it's also illegal, but we put those videos in this forum, although we didn't get the permission from Sony, Aeg company (Celine concert tour promoter) or others, to use, publish here. But we are constantly doing that, because we need them for different purposes. All recorded tv shows Oprah, Larry King .... it's illegal to put here , we don 't have right to put it. Everyone of us who put a video of Celine songs and pictures on Youtube breaks the law of copyright but we show here thousands of them. Then you should ban all contents , everything from this forum when it illegal :yes:

Sorry but I agree with Timster, some content Will be the same because they don't want french people for exemple to be jalous because taking chances in

Boston was better in Boston do they put the same track on both french and english release

And it's strange because in LCMM i didn't hear her say "Come on, get up and dance with me!" before starting to sing! :hmm: only instrumental maybe they edited that so they Will not be obliged to dub that song for the french release! :shrug:

I'm so excited! I had to make a list of all the packages coming in bc I think I ordered from so many places I'll have a hard time keeping up. LOL. I ordered this TTEOTW with bonus 5 song CD from QVC- I have to have TSMGO.

You can request that file, I only mentioned official releases such as cds/dvds. Promos and tv appareances are a-ok. I hope someone can help you out.

I'm excited too, but I'm just ticked that Sony has to release a million different versions of the same dang thing just to make a buck. :nono: Of course it's too easy to release C:TTEOTW, TCWT:TC and C:TTEOTW Deluxe Edition plus the french versions. Of course we have to have QVC offering a Bonus CD. I just think that this could have been managed so much better than it was. Again, I'm ecstatic that we're finally getting this, but they should have just made the deluxe edition TTEOTW, TCWT:TC (Both CD & DVD) and the Bonus CD. Sure, they'd knock the price up to $50, but I don't care. Ugh. Sony! Why do you have to disappoint me so? :nono:

I just emailed QVC to ask them how long they expect this to be on sale. I'm praying that they say at least through the summer because I really want this live CD but I can't afford it right now. I can only afford to get TTEOTW and the TCWT:TC DVD from Best Buy. :sofunny:

Can't help but to agree there....nearly everything in the multimedia section is illegal. But I'm not complaining... :whistling:

That's ludicrous! If that was the case than everything from ABM to LCMM would be lipped from every show of the tour to prevent someone from watching a bootleg and saying, "LCMM was better in Amsterdam than Croatia..."

 

IF it is dubbed, it surely wouldn't be because of one fan being jealous that a performance is better than one DVD than the other....why would someone be jealous anyway?? The Boston DVD is no more American than Montreal is French when you REALLY think about it... A DVD is a DVD. Simple as that. I'm ordering both DVDs and I wouldn't ever say that this Boston one is MORE of mine than the Montreal one... It doesn't make sense. Anyone who cares enough about one performance being better than another can get any DVD they want.

We are talking about the rare qvc audio cd that including audio from the show that are not on the normal CD of the concert!

Remy: Id get the QVC DVD with the bonus cd. Who knows how long those will last. The retail items you can buy at Best Buy will still be there this summer :P
