I was thinking the same, the timing looks too short for the full speech. That was one of my favourites parts. :confused:

I think they took off the "we're gonna make it up for the lost time" and the "family-journey" thing.... there will be like her thanking for being there... at least, i think...

I'd hope they don't cut the "family adventure" part! That's her favorite part of the tour :P

i like it too... but the timing is too short..if you watch the TPOL performance from AOL is 3.30, and in the DVD it lasts 4.03 so... just 30seconds... i think there will be just the greets

If it's that short it might just be cut to her walking down...saying "thank you," then turning and smiling before "shall we go on with the show? This is Taking Chances!"

 

I'll be sad if we don't get to hear about the people "under da stage." :lol:

I agree Kev, after seeing the videos for IA and TPOL it seems clear that they've mixed the footage to give us the best possible DVD. So for all these songs that were performed at both cities we'll get the best footage out of 4 concerts!! :w00t:

 

-I Drove All Night

-The Power of Love (still mixed footage even though it's been cut from the French DVD)

-Taking Chances

-Eyes on Me (still mixed footage even though it's been cut from the French DVD)

-All By Myself

-I'm Alive

-Alone

-My Love

-Queen Medley

-Soul Medley

-It's A Man's World

-Love Can Move Mountains

-River Deep Mountain High

-My Heart Will Go On

 

Then all the other songs that were only performed in Boston or Montreal, we'll get the best from 2 concerts each. :clap:

 

I know that one of the dancers got injured during the Aug 16th concert in Montreal. Was he back for the Montreal DVD taping? If not there would be a replacement dancer and would it not look weird if they mixed performances from the Boston and Montreal having a replacement dancer? I believe it was Aaron that was injured. So if it's mixed you'll see him in some parts and the one who replaced him in others. that would be strange.

Anything looks better than the real cover.

I hate that dress, always thought it looked like a back pack pimped up by a bling obsessed viking.

 

 

 

 

The white outfit on Andreas cover is the best one from the entire tour and the one who's stood out the most.

well, they are the only speeches in the show with the one right after TPOL. cos like the ones before shadow of love, the prayer, the queen medley, are told with the music in the background so they will be in for sure!

If it IS true that they are mixing footage, that's too bad. I would expect them to mix two of the same concerts together but not the Montreal and Boston together... I hope its not true and that this is all just conjecture.

The DVDs are meant to be in stores here in 2 days, so I'm gonna check again today to see if they've put them out early. I'll let you guys know!

I never had a doubt that the DVD will be 80 minutes. The disc cover for TTEOTW looks plain. :(

 

I would be so happy if they included that moments, but I hope they didn't put the same one on both DVDs. It happened in both Boston and Montreal when they filmed the DVD. But it is funny how it always happened during ''My Love''. It was as if people just waited for her to go sit on that piano, and she fell for it everytime. Her face was just priceless each time... sometimes she even looked a bit embarressed. You gotta love her! :in_love:

I think ii's not the same footage as when she laughs, in ond DVD she Will speak french and in thé other one english :P

I work in a music shop (though I am on holidays this week out of all damn weeks) and sometimes we will get things in as early as Wednesday, though I have a feeling it will be more Thursday. Though with the long weekend that can sometimes push things back a day that week so hopefully it isn't friday as I am away then with no music shops near me.

 

I'd love to have the concert album to play on the road though.

 

The albums would be in Australia by now though which is quite exciting really. Floating about in boxes with yellow banding around them *sigh*.

Yeah, I'm gonna be very MAD if they dodn't include that. :P It was hilarious.

 

No, my avatar is a picture Brittany took in Atlanta (I think). That was when she started laughing near the end of the song because people were shouting so loudly. I doubt we will get to see that on the DVD.
