I think it's the camera flash, because you see it in different spots in different pictures. Though, it doesn't take away from what a trooper she is. She is really putting on a brave face, because this can't be easy for her one bit. I just wish I could give her a big hug and tell her everything is going to be okay.

Oh please, its not "stalking" to wait outside her hotel in support. Fans that have been there are giving her encouraging words and expressing their love for her I'm sure. How can that be stressful? Stalking is when you are putting her in danger or following her every move. People that are waiting, like many people on this forum have are doing it only out of love for her. Also...we will friggen push those stupid ebay autograph sellers out of her way lol. If she didn't want to deal with the fans outside, there's probably other ways out of the hotel for that reason. Point is, she stops for them, and always seems to enjoy the support. I worked at the sony building for a summer in NYC (with another ritz right across the street too) and when a celeb doesn't want to see their fans, they do as much as block the whole street to avoid a crowd. They even had seperate elevators for them. If she wanted a private exit she could have it.

I agree with you. I've been wating there four days for her, with rain, with cold and I don't think I am "stalking", I've been suporting her the last 12 years, buying her cds, going to her concerts, making other people like her and I'd like to have a picture with her before I come back to Spain to show everybady that finally I met her and also tell her she has to visit Spain! I couldn't do it on Wendsday cause she didn't stop for pics, but just seeing her was enought reward, so pretty and elegant

Nick told me she wasn't coming out Friday and Saturday, that I should try Sunday or Monday, but is goanna be raining, so I don't know, at least we know she is going to stay until Monday, maybe more

Don't know but I had the exact same feeling as you angelil78 watching this one. Even though she wants it, can't be easy for her to go through this for sure...

Everyone has their own opinions, and everyone needs to respect each other’s opinions. Different opinions is what makes this forum an interesting place to be. Would I wait outside her hotel if I were in NYC? Probably not. Just a personal choice, I'm sympathetic to the fact that she may just want to go relax after being at the doctor. BUT having said that, Céline has a bodyguard (see photo of large man named Nick, lol) and if she didn’t want to be bothered, she would tell him, because that is his job. I've read that she didn't stop every time... so obviously she must only stop when she wants to/feels up to it. I think the only people waiting outside the hotel who are intrusive are the Ebay autograph seekers. How annoying.

 

Now, would I send her something? Absolutely. I think a small gesture from her fans would lift her spirits, just knowing that all of us are thinking about her. I think giving her a bag of BBQ Lays potato chips is genius… someone so has to do it from all of us here! Not only does she love them, it would make her laugh! And laughter is the best medicine. We should sign it to make her laugh too, "Just in case you get the munchies. We're thinking of you! Love, Your Fans from the Celine Dion Forum".

I think it'd be nice to do something for her. I'm not in NY so I can't really volunteer...but I think it's the thought that counts. It's up to her and her people if they decide it's safe to give her whatever she receives. But she did say she appreciates the support her fans show her in difficult times...
