Celine Dion to Launch New Perfume - Pure Brilliance

Her heart fragrances will go on.

 

Coty Beauty will grow their ultra-successful Celine Dion pefume franchise this September with the launch of Pure Brilliance.

 

According to WWD, Pure Brilliance is a fruity floral scent with top notes of pear, apple, green leaves and freesia, a heart of honeysuckle and muguet, and a drydown of blonde woods.

 

There's a good chance the new fragrance will be a hit. Of the mega star's eight scents with Coty, five (including Pure Brilliance) are still sold and global sales have reached $850 million.

 

Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Coty Beauty Steve Mormoris told WWD, "Celine is one of the biggest female singers in history, and the attachment her fans have to her and to her fragrances is astounding. Every fragrance we launch with her does well."

 

And Dion herself said, "Pure Brilliance is about the radiance and beauty at the heart of every woman. It's the energy within that makes every woman unique."

 

Look for Pure Brilliance this September at mass market retailers nationwide.

Yes this perfume has been confirmed and it is her 13th fragrance! Can't wait to add it to my collection. I just bought the most recent "Simply Chic" the other day! Gorgeous! Loving the picture with this new one!

I do have a picture of it i need to find my cord to load it. ITS AMAZING!!! It smells sooo good. My sisters friend smells Celines perfumes evertime she comes to visit, she thinks they smell ok. This one she said was amazing.

I thought it was suppose to be out in September but I just purchased a bottle of Pure Brillance at Kmart (in the U.S.).It's good fresh smelling kind of Floral with pear. Beter than Chic. So it's out here in case anyone is looking for it.

Celine Dion just released her 13th fragrance! We wanted to find out what inspired her to create Pure Brilliance, so we sat down with the superstar to get the scoop.

 

InStyle.com: What inspired this scent?

 

Celine Dion: I’m usually inspired by what’s going on in my life [when creating a fragrance]. Right now, I’m at home. I’m enjoying my time off with my family, so I’ve made this a very delicate one about inner beauty.

 

InStyle.com: So “delicate” is the word. Is this the type of fragrance you normally wear?

 

Celine Dion: Well, since I’m pregnant now, I don’t want anything too loud or strong. I want something very very light. Usually I wear perfume for nights out with my husband, an interview or a red-carpet appearance. But when I sing, I don’t wear perfume.

 

InStyle.com: When you choose to wear perfume, where do you apply it?

 

Celine Dion: I wish I could have a little mist that I could walk through, but the bottles are too small! I normally put some on my ankles, and a tiny bit behind my knees. I’ll also apply a little to the lowest part of my back and behind my hair. I’ll finish it off by spraying my hands and tousling my hair.

 

InStyle.com: Well it looks like you have your fragrance routine down pat! You’re a singer and scent-maker—are there any other ventures you’d be interested in exploring?

 

Celine Dion: I’d like to do everything! When I get thinking of jewelry, I think of the decor for my own boutique. Clothing too. And when I think of children, I want to do a special bakery just for the kids. When I start thinking and get into creative mode, I’m ready to go. It’s a good thing I don’t do it all!
