"Welcome Back" Book

I bought a copy. It's fantastic and really professional looking.

 

I guess the Tour Book project was cancelled? I had forgotten about that.

 

I thought the "crazy fan" idea would be funny, but I guess it would be a little too crazy and scary

 

I like the "Welcome Back" idea with the letters on each page. It sounds simple but will make a huge impact.

about the craziest things idea: of course when i suggested that the "stalker-creepy etc fans" wasnt what i had in mind....

i was thinking about things that could get Celine go... 'rofl'!!! hahahahaha!

just an example: a few days ago can recall exactly when ... i was @ the school yard and i yelled out loud: i have tickets for the premiere of Celine's new show in Vegas!!!! and that was really awkward and funny @ the same time ... everyone was looking @ me like i was a psycho or something.... !!! but the know my "obsession" so...

that was the only thing that came to my mind right now... just an example...

maybe sth else could be the: going towards the stage to give her flowers-thing ... etc..

This might be a silly idea, but how about making the photos similar? Like everyone could be wearing a certain color shirt against a certain color wall and making the heart sign (you know what I mean, right?) with their hands? Or something along those lines?

 

(My idea came from the NO8 Campaign. )

 

Salla - awesome idea! I was thinking of something along those lines, where we all hold something similar (like a letter on a piece of paper) to spell out a sentence or something. The heart sign & color idea is really awesome!

 

Yay, i'm glad you like it! Maybe we could all make half a heart and connect our photos to make a bunch of hearts? Dunno how that could be made into a book, though.

I just wouldn't like to scare Céline out, lol! Sometimes during the tour I also got an impression (from her and/or from her crew) that they were almost symphatetic about some people who were just like everywhere when Céline was, lol... ;P

Anyways, we here know that Céline is our life, hehe, at least almost!

I remember there were other book projects in the past. One Polish friend of mine has a fan-made book that is about memories of fans who have attended "AND" show. I don't know who did organie that project but the book turned really neat and Céline seem to even recognize this book when she was in Poland and the guy gave it to her to sign autograph on his page. I would really love to by a part of a similair project!

 

Than, I remember on this forum someone started a project for a "World Tour" book with our photos and tour experiences. I applied my entry as well but than I lost the thread and later on I've never heard anything on that project anymore... Did this book really made it? I'd love to get a copy too but can't find any info...

 

If that world tour project failed than maybe we can use entries for that book for this new one?

I mean, I understand you want a "welcome back" book and there were already some great ideas posted here but, as we don't have any memories of the new show yet, it would be nice to share our tour experiences with Céline. If not as an entire book than just as a part of it??

 

And yeah, last but not least, I also think it wouldn't do well to us to come out as crazy stalkers or creepy fanatics, hehe...

Even if I have fun on watching, for example, people making them look as similair to Céline as possible (same makeup, hairdo, big glasses etc.) or other such kinda things, I recon it's not good to include this in a book for her - we want to show her that we love her and that we miss her when she's on break etc. but we also want to show her that we have a life, right?

 

Yep, that AND book was mine as well. I'm glad you liked it! I was creating the World Tour book as well, along with Heidi (#1fanforever), but we had to cancel it.

I love everyone's ideas! I like Salla's idea about making a heart shape with our hands!

 

I think we should all write to her welcoming her back to Vegas, tell her we can't wait to see the new show, wish her luck, tell her how much we adore her, etc. We could also include brief past experiences from A New Day & TCWT... but try to focus on the new show and welcoming her back.

 

And I like that we would only have one picture... it would be more simple and easier for me to choose!

 

Again Jen, let me know if I can help. I know from experience these projects can become overwhelming at times, so don't hesitate. I'm a great photo editor!

Sounds good to me! Another idea for it, if this is possible, is to make an actual heart shape out of the photos of us making the heart shape. Kind of like a collage.

But now as I know... Can you tell me how many entries you received for that cancelled World Tour Book?? And whether you still have them somewhere on your PC?

I think the book should be old Hollywood with lots of black and white, with maybe red as the main focal colour, since hearts are maybe the other theme.
