Oprah is definitely on that channel. Obviously you will just have to figure out what time it will be in your country (there is a tv guide on it, so you can check before hand). Sometimes mine says ''This channel is off-air'' so I don't know if certain programmes are not broadcasted or something. It could also maybe have something to do with the time differences, because I've noticed that sometimes if I watch something on there that it is about 2 hours behind. I've watched the Disney Parade on ABC in December and it worked perfectly for me... I'm not sure about Oprah though (I've never watched it on there), but it is in the guide. I also watched the Disney Parade with TVUplayer and it worked perfectly. But somewhere mid january it went off-air and didn't return. I don't think it will come back again.
